We have been customers of FCC for 8+ years. The professionalism, integrity and craftsmanship has been top notch. We recently completed a renovation from the roof, doors, windows, flooring, plumbing and stairwells all within budget and timelines. The team worked on our site and kept the areas clean and safe. I would recommend Adam and his team for any upcoming projects. When a project is completed, we can still count on FCC to assist with questions on the closeout documents. We have already booked FCC for our next renovation, knowing the quality and reliability of their team.

I wish I could give FCC a 10-star review. FCC performed remediation work on my home last year due to significant water intrusion occurring from a new construction build. The original contractor refused to address the issues in the right way. FCC were incredibly professional and clear on the work that was required to secure my home. The quote provided was the most detailed and professional I have seen in Florida, where, in my experience, quotes tend to be very high level and thus ambiguous. The work was performed in a timely manner and to the highest of standards by Scout and his team. Brendan was the manager in charge (not sure of your official title Brendan!) and he was responsive, communicative and on-site as needed. All staff were incredibly nice. The quality control on the work performed was impressive, again, unlike anything I have seen in Florida. FCC is the real deal. I would use them for any work required on my home.
And, as an update this year - Hurricane Milton was the first true test to see if the house was water tight - and indeed it is. What a relief for me, after three years of dealing with significant water intrusion due to builder errors, I can now rest easy and call my house a home. Thank you to Brendan, Scout and team and the whole FCC family. What you do makes a difference in people's lives, provides homeowners with the safety and security that should come with owning a home.

The two workers from Florida Certified Contractors who were sent to replace rusted decking screws on all three of our decks did a great job. In our opinion, the deck railings are now more secure than when the house was built. They used materials that were of a higher quality than those used by the original contractors. The workers were professional, friendly and courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner, and they did a great clean-up job. We would highly recommend this business.

FCC has consistently been our go to for our business needs. From roof repair, knocking down a wall and and installing French doors, stucco repair/home painting and now fixing water damage from poor poor construction practices by the builder. We fully trust their workmanship and their team has been outstanding. If there is something not right or missed they make sure to take care of it promptly. We will continue to use them for all of our home needs.

As a Property Manager at Colony Reef Club in St. Augustine, it is vital that we have great partners in the community to work on critical projects as they arise. FCC worked on two projects in tandem for us, extraction of a wall around our elevator and floor repair to a balcony and I can't express how professional they were throughout the entire process. I made a telephone call and the young lady that answered to phone was extremely professional and courteous. She placed me on hold for a few seconds and came back on the line with professionalism again. Her name was Sarah and she could give a lot of young people lessons in how to answer a phone with enthusiasm. Young people are not very courteous these days ,but she was like a breathe of fresh air.

Brendan was honest, upfront, and helpful in coaching me how to fix (on my own) a concrete stucco siding hole that was very small. What a novel idea?! I will definitely be reaching out to them for help on bigger jobs because he put the customer first and saved me a little money. I highly recommend them!!

Recently was calling around for quotes. Spoke with McKenzie. She was very professional and ensured that I had been helped. Great people! Had to put off my project due to unforeseen circumstances, but will use them when the time comes.

They removed and replaced very difficult concrete block patio to grade away from my home. Work was more than anticipated but they were fair on pricing and Ryan worked with me on some finishing cosmetic issues. Crewmen were professional, hardworking, and cleaned up daily. I plan to work with them on future projects.

A Christian company ran by honest people. Nothing more you can ask for. They did tons of work at my condo complex island villas and made the place look like new again, shot property value up 10%, great work!

FCC did an outstanding job at island villas, they fixed all of the broken siding on our building and painted it a nice beachy color, makes the whole place look great. Ryan assured us that FCC always gets the job done right and they definitely hit a home run.

I live in Sumerlin apartments and Recently had a crew working on the windows and the outside of my apartment. FCC Builders replaced the structural support beam on the porch balcony giving us piece of mind knowing the balcony is properly engineered and structurally sound. I was very pleased with the finished project cosmetically as well. The replacement paint matched the original perfectly. Work area was left immaculate. I was very pleased with the quality of worked performed. The communication was excellent, and the project was performed in a timely manner. Brendan, Chris, and Adam were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely to use them again in the future.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. They were super good people. Very honest people... which is hard to find...!

FCC has provided exceptional service from contract to project completion. We had our second story porch completely replaced from water damage. Wow, they had to hold up our roof while replacing all of the support beams, incredible. The FCC team, Jessie, Brian, Lamont, and Jose we very professional. Their job fixing and repairing outside wall cover under the stucco with mold, Amado and his crew performed a quality work. Very satisfied customer with the job and with Henry he did a fantastic paint work. Job well done!

This past two weeks, I couldn’t be more pleased with another job in my condo performed by FCC repairing two walls (outside) where windows frames were in bad condition, the wood was rotten. Nathan and his crew worked for the last two weeks to complete the job. I highly recommended him. Nathan cleaned up after himself daily. His happy personality was a bonus! Florida Certified Contractors just completed a painting project in Makarios Carriage Homes, a neighborhood I recently moved to from Georgia. The FCC employees I interacted with on several occasions were caring, kind and thoughtful. I especially want to recognize Henry & Misael who were a great team working together. Wow let me tell you it's nice to see that FCC at least has two people there that know what they are doing and are very well with people they were just awesome at what they did here they actually know what they're doing and they care about what they were doing Henry and Terrence were just awesome I would have them come back and do any kind of work that they would need to do and I would trust them to do it and you don't have to watch him breathing down their necks or even get upset the work they did was fantastic you guys keep up the good work cuz FCC Construction definitely needs more of you two again awesome job you two

FCC did an excellent job replacing the roofs and siding on the 14 buildings in our 35 year old condominium. Our complex had never had roofs or siding done before, so there was lots of wood replacement that also needed to be done. The job required that windows had to be removed, replaced and re-hung, which was disruptive to the people living in the units. I can say that the professionalism and care with which the FCC workers performed their jobs made it as painless as possible. The workers arrived on time and when working in the units they were very careful of the contents and always cleaned up the construction debris afterwards. I would like to give special accolades to Brian the on-site supervisor who was knowledgeable, candid and prompt in returning calls.
He told you what was was going to happen and when. He provided helpful suggestions and he and his team worked with the residents to reduce the disruption as much as possible. I would like to thank Henry, who did the drywall work to rebuild my window openings after the windows were re-hung. My window sills look like those of a new home! Henry's craftsmanship is extraordinary and the care and courtesy he took in my home were much appreciated. Lastly, I would like to thank big Mike, who initially removed all my windows. He removed the window frames with precision causing no surrounding damage and cleaned up after his work was done. I have to say, I was both looking forward to having the worked done but also stressed about it. The FCC team made the experience much less stressful by their professionalism and friendly attitudes. I would recommend FCC for any building job. They are amazing. 5 stars all the way for FCC Contractors!

Brian Anglen of FCC has been a major help for a recent window replacement project we did on our home. Had great suggestions of products to use to get the most longevity from the windows. No complaints here, highly recommend!

My HOA hired this company for some exterior siding work. I met two of the workers and after a few days inspected the work they had done and I was impressed. Having over 20 years in the renovation business myself I was very satisfied with the skill and knowledge of these specific workers and they did find some other issues...overall they were great!This company apparently appreciates skilled workers and trains them to meet high standards....Will definitely keep this company's contact info

Extremely unprofessional! They were hired by my condo association to do work to the building I own a unit in. I came home one afternoon and there was a man standing in the window of my bathroom and there was no longer a window. Adam said he forgot to notify the residents that work would be starting. The next day one of the workers came to my door, was rude and when my small 9lb dog got out, he laughed and kicked him, causing the dog to fly in the air and hit the ground hard. Beware of who you hire!

I hired Adam and his crew to completely rebuild my concrete residential driveway. From the moment I met with his crew I felt I had made the right choice. The driveway was actually quite large and I knew it was going to be expensive. The demo of the old driveway was completed within a couple of days (80x20 foot driveway) and all of the old concrete was taken away. Adam's foreman Pedro did a great job getting things cleaned up, removing tree roots that caused damage, getting the concrete forms set and the concrete poured. Pedro even come out on a Saturday to continue working, prepping for the pour. Just a couple of minor blemishes were left in the broom swept pour that left small dimples in the surface because of all the Pine trees in the area, but I guess you cant help those things when the work is outdoors. The dumpster company tore up a couple of sprinkler heads with the demo dumpster when they unloaded it in my front yard, but that was not FCC's fault. The company that dropped the dumpster did that. After living with the crumbling driveway for so long I was just glad to have it redone, and even an extra pad to park my camper on. I give these guys two thumbs up and would highly recommend them.
