We appreciate the great work. Their quality work to finish projects was done well, in a timely manner and very creatively. I really like having one contractor and crew that do many different projects well. I recommend Mario and his team!

Mario's work is FIVE STAR !!! They rebuilt a deck, installed French doors, replaced our kitchen floor, and other small jobs. We are old folks on a fixed income and Mario worked with us to keep the cost of the work as low as possible. We feel blessed to have found Flores Home Improvements !!! Mario and his crew did an excellent job repairing our old plaster ceiling with new drywall. Very responsive and good communication. We plan to call them again for our next project.

We called Flores Home Improvement after buying a new home that was in desperate need of updating. Mario responded to our call the same day, and was out at our home the next day to look at everything and get us an estimate. The following week him and his team got started completely remodeling two bathrooms, removing wood paneling and replacing with drywall in our main living room, installed can lights in the living room, removed popcorn ceilings and retextured ceilings with something more modern throughout the entire home, and replaced all of the off-white outlets and light switches with new white ones. They even surprised us and went through our home repairing any and all holes in the drywall which was a huge help to us.

Mario was really great about helping us see a vision for our home, recommending things like a dimming switch or a facet that lights up in the bathroom. The gentleman on his team that did the tile in the bathroom did absolutely beautiful work! All of the work done turned out great and if you are looking for a team to do any home updates or repairs I would highly recommend!!!

Mario and his crew did a fantastic job! We had them add a half bathroom in a large room downstairs. They put up two walls, installed the door, flooring, vanity, toilet, vanity light and mirror. They were professional. We are repeat customers, as they have done work for us in the past as well. I’m sure they will do additional work for us in the future.

I hired this company to do a new driveway. They were the hardest working men I have ever seen. They were here on time and worked until dark to tear out the old driveway and pour the new concrete. They cleaned everything up as they went and always marked the job site for safety. The finishing was perfect. I highly recommend this company. They are easy to work with, honest, hardworking and very skilled. Pricing was very competitive. I will hire them again when the need arises.

RED FLAG #3. We tell him “No”. Next thing Angel, Roberto and Carlos (the new face of Flores Construction) show up at our house to explain why they need more money; they don’t like to “mix the money for different projects”. I tell him since very little was done upstairs, why not split the deposit $500 2nd floor/ $500 porch? “No, no, no mixing. Have to pay the workers for where they work on.” RED FLAG #4. At this point we are like we’ll just cut our losses and figure out a price for the work done BUT it gets better. Seeing that there will be no additional deposit, Carlos says they will need ANOTHER $750 for the work they did that day. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?? I would have paid my husband and 19 year old son to do what they did (unscrew windows, remove 20’x4’ of siding, put (not attach) insulation in 3 rooms and poorly (we will have to redo) frame in a closet …$400 tops and they would have been done in 8 hours with just the 2 of them. At this point we confront them about their shady tactics and that it’s the same company. “No no different company. Other company ruined our name. Different company”. Finally he admits it’s the same company and he just gets the jobs for Mario. Then Carlos is ok with taking “just” the $1000 for the job. “I don’t want to steal your money” Carlos says and we are like “You kinda are”. No response from him. They were willing to lose a HUGE job over $1000…tells me they were never going to do it. I normally don’t do reviews, but I told Carlos I would be doing this one because I want people to be warned and I suspect the FBI will become involved at some point as they did with a Flores (different person) scam in North Carolina. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt since the LLC reviews were better, but the reality is they became a LLC to limit financial backlash from their shady business practices.
My husband finished tearing down the porch in about 5 hours, so I imagine their crew of 4 would have taken a day and a half lol
Roberto worked very hard and, if I spoke Spanish, I would hire him.

Mario and his guys build a deck for us very happy with the way that it turned out will definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend them very highly to anyone

We needed to replace a custom tile shower (very pricey) ASAP for our tenants, we had three contractors look at the job and nobody wanted to do it. He gave us other ideas that worked better and ultimately raised value in our home; for an awesome price. His workers were very quick. They basically built a whole new bathroom, plumbing and all, in two days. We are in the process of hiring him for more work in the near future.

Did my bathroom remodel last year and it turned out beautifully. I'm a repeat customer and they're doing some work in my garage now. Highly recommend Mario and his crew.
