I needed a new roof for my house. I could not believe how fast the roofing tiles were rotting away. I got a few estimates. Flores was the best price.

But when George/Jorge came out to look at the roof he told me that he needed to add a thin layer of ply-wood to the roof which would increase the cost of the job. I have an older house and the roofing is built with wood slats. Which means that there is a small gap between each row of slats. I noticed it because the roofing tiles had deteriorated so badly that I could clearly see the indentions of the gaps between the slats.

Naturally I did not want to pay more for the job. But the other contractor did not comment on slates. So either they did not see it or they did not think it was important.

George/Jorge thought it was important and explained to me that because of the gaps when the carpenter tries to nail the tiles to the roof the gap would present a problem.

Well I agreed with George. When I got a new roof about 20 years ago I did not think it would be an issue. Those roofers did create leaks that I eventually had to get repaired. And looking at how fast the old roof deteriorated I wanted to do something different.

So I went with Flore enterprise. I am very happy that I did. One of my neighbors got a new roof a month earlier. Comparing my roof to his roof, you could clearly see the superior workmanship of Flores Enterprise. Also my neighbor paid much more for his roof than I.

I am very pleased with the quality of material, workmanship and performance of Flores enterprise.

They did the job in one. I have small fruiting trees, shrubs and flowers around the perimeter of my house. George had his men take care to protect them with temporary shelters.

It was not the first job on George's list. So he sent a team out to put canvassing on the roof where I had leakage. So, every time it rained, this was in April, I felt a sense of relief since the house was protected from water damage until the new roof was put on.

I was treated very well, all my concerns were listened to and actions were taken to alleviate them. Every step of the operation was explained to me. And I never felt pushed or pressured into taking an action one way or the other.

Flores Enterprises Inc was recommended for gutter replacement. Luis provided a prompt estimate and explained material options thoroughly. His informative and helpful approach made the process smooth and answered all questions. Overall, a positive experience with the team.

In keeping tradition with their many 5-star reviews, I'd like to contribute my very own. I'll also caveat my review by saying that I typically reserve my online comments for truly exceptional work. In terms of the team and work, extremely professional and exceptional. Also, I might add, lighting fast - they installed a new roof (4500 square foot) in 8 hours! There isn't a whole lot to add other than to say that this is a very well-run small family business. Mr. Jorge Flores should be extremely proud of his team and his two kids (Jorge JR. and Maira) who I had the pleasure of interacting with and they did and amazing job.

We had a squirrel issue. Squirrels made their way into attic, munching a large whole through wood and metal. We got in touch with them after a fb recommendation. George Flores and team did a great job and in timely fashion. We would highly recommend them. Very professional.

Needed garage door flashing replaced. George came out the same day after I contacted him and his guys showed up the next morning and finish the job in two hours! Nice work too!

Had a leak in our roof….Flores responded within 34 hours of my call. They identified the problem, made a proposal and completed the work within a week. They were very detailed in their communication with pictures and progress. The price quoted was the price charged. All in all a very positive experience.

Untrustworthy and unreliable. On April 29, the owner Jorge Flores provided me with a proposal for a storm door replacement along with some fixes to the frame. I promptly signed the proposal the next day, with no questions asked and no haggling over the price. For two months, I had to reach out to the owner on the scheduled date for the door replacement. No date was ever provided to me from anyone in the company. I was given the run around as “ There's a possibility we’ll start the work this week. I will let you know a day before.”

On May 30, I sent one last email to the owner asking if his company was going to do the work, as we had a signed agreement in place, or if I needed to look for another contractor. To this day, there has been no reply from the owner. If the owner is willing to ignore an agreement and not provide any communication, it speaks volumes about their work and values towards customers.

Thankfully, I found another local Latino-owned company that provided high-quality work, kept their word, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. It’s unfortunate because I was going to consider this business for window replacements if their storm door replacement work was satisfactory. Now, I will hire the other company and refer others to them. Beware of business that do not keep their word to customers from the start.

Flores roofing company did the best job with new roofing and also, taking care of gutters and fascia. Company owner, George is very friendly, polite and honest person that you can trust for all your roofing needs. I highly recommend to everyone to give him a chance and you will never be disappointed. So unprofessional, we were recommended this company and were left disappointed and disrespected. They didn’t bother to reply back to us about our quote though we took the time out of our day to make sure we were home so they could give us a quote. When we tried reaching out asking if we could get a quote on our house they said that they were waiting for the supplier. And still a week later we continue to message them and they continue to ignore us. Anytime I see anyone recommend this company I will 100% show them how they treated us. This is definitely not have a company should be ran, and again how unprofessional and disrespected we felt.

* I understand you saying that you had to wait for the materials but we still were waiting for the original shingles quote , which you could’ve provided. And when we reached out to just get an update, at least, you guys just chose to ignore the messages and didn’t even have the decency to at least say that you still will not have it. Worked with George of Flores Enterprises, Inc. George was communicative and timely. I had some vinyl siding that needed to be repaired. He came over and looked at the work to be completed, gave me a quote and got the job completed in a timely manner. Their rates were reasonable. I would use this company again and I would also recommend them to friends in the area.

We had several companies come out to bid the work of repairing our siding. Those bids made us think that we would need to replace all the siding on our house and spend tens of thousands of dollars. Flores came out and bid a job that covered the necessary items, had a fair price and was done quickly. Thet did so well I called them back foe another job immediately.

When we had an emergency situation they arrived on the scene, accessed the situation and completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time.
They were neat and clean in the workspace and took a tremendous amount of stress out of the equation for us!

This company was the first to be responsive to my inquiry. I had squirrels eat a hole through the wood above the gutter and into the attic. The men were professional and skilled. Highly recommend.

We have had the best experiences with Flores. When they initially did our roof, their price to replace the roof (full tear off) was competitive, they showed up when they said they would, did a beautiful job, and left the property spotless! When we had a separate issue, we called them they came out investigated and fixed the issue with the same great service!

We picked Flores Enterprises to roof our home and our garage. I did my research..got about 4 estimates. Checked business licenses ( make sure you do this). Flores Enterprises is 100% legitimate. They are a VETERAN FRIENDLY business. Clear terms on the written estimate. Took the time to discuss different shingle options and explained things clearly. VERY PROFESSIONAL and responsive. They kept their quote. Started and finished both roofs in 1 day. Cleaned every last nail up. We were so anxious about what company to sign with and are 100% pleased with Flores Enterprises.
