We had issues with water intruding our house. Flood and Fire Solutions, Inc. resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. They worked with me and my insurance company to ensure a seamless and stress free process. No complaints. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Flood and Fire Solutions, Inc. for any flood or fire related issues.

Had a pipe burst in my basement, made a call to them that morning and they were out working before lunch. They fixed the leak, cleaned, sanitized and aired out my basement. They worked with my insurance company at very little personal cost, everyone was kind and professional. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, what I thought was a massive problem they fixed in a day.

These guys were on time, professional, clear and concise with everything they were doing. We had some flooding in the home, they got everything cleaned, sanitized, and fixed right away, cannot recommend them enough!

We had what we thought was a plumbing back up leading to our street, which would have been thousands of dollars. Flood and Fire Solutions sent a worker out within a half hour and found small clog which was resolved in fifteen minutes. The quick response time, professionalism, and honesty, is why we will use this company going forward. Great peace of mind knowing they are there for us in time of an emergency.

Louis and his crew were so helpful, they were very professional and quickly remediated the sewage backup that I had in my basement. I recommend them to any friends and family in this situation.

I just want to share my overwhelming satisfaction with this organization. Every employee that I've dealt with has been empathetic and kind towards my family. When one is forced to partake in a cleaning service after a fire or floor, they are often emotionally fragile. The wonderful folks at F&F patiently answer questions and offer reassurances to the client. Further, my basement (which endured a flood) is now sanitized and squeaky clean. I am so happy with the quality of the service that was provided. I've worked with contractors in the past who did not live up to my expectations...so it was just great to have my expectations exceeded on this occasion.

They provided quick and efficient service in an honest and fair manner. I loved their positive attitudes and their high quality work! With their level of professionalism, I knew I was in the right hands!

We had someone come to our house to do an estimate on a sewage/water damage. We wanted them to start but wouldn't until they spoke to our insurance adjuster. We were in contact with our adjuster the whole time and they never contacted them. Also instead of having a conversation on the phone with us they ignored our calls for 3 days and decided to text usinstead. Very unprofessional.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs plumbing. Gratefully, our plumber suggested contacting Flood & Fire to assess the damage and help with the water mitigation. Our first conversation with was Will and we felt we were in good hands with this company.

When our Water Mitigation Specialist Kyle came to the house he did a very thorough inspection. He was professional and took the time to explain what he was analyzing and the impact his findings could have on our home. We felt confident hiring Flood & Fire Solutions, Inc. to handle the water mitigation.

Kyle and his co-worker were terrific as they took the steps necessary to protect our floors from any damage moving the equipment into place may have caused. We have an exuberant young dog and Kyle was outstanding with her even getting down to her level so she felt safe, too. The work in our home was done well.

Kyle's assistance did not end with the in-home service. Kyle put in a lot of time and effort working with our home-owner's insurance company. It was not an easy task but Kyle saw it through and helped greatly with our claim being approved.

We were most pleased with Kyle and Flood & Fire and would certainly recommend them to others in need of water mitigation.

I call called A J’s plumbing on Friday the 16th after finding water in my bedroom... they sent someone out Saturday the 17th .... Monday morning Charles came out found my issue right away... hence me getting into contact with Flood & Fire Solutions... Michael came Tuesday morning with his crew... they were very diligent about what they were doing.... I was very satisfied with them.... thank you for doing your job properly.... I will suggest your company to anyone who has water / fire issues...

They were very thorough and quick with their services that they provided, even though the walls took extra long to dry. Will use again if this unfortunate situation is to happen again.

Your Mitigation Specialist, Carlos Cantu was here on May 4th.  He started the mitigation process on that date for our basement.  First of all, he arrived here around noon on May 4th.  He then waited in his car for more than 3 hours for his 3 mitigation workers to show up....We have no idea what he was doing that entire time, perhaps he was sleeping, or watching a movie.... He gave us several excuses that "the guys probably stopped for lunch somewhere," etc, until they actually showed up around 3:30 pm.  He told us in no uncertain terms, that the cost of your services would be based completely on the man hours of those employees, ie, the longer they had to work, the more your services would cost us.  He NEVER explained ANY kind of charges, either by a per hour cost, per employee cost, or per machine rental rate.

The very first thing Carlos asked us when he arrived was, "How much does your insurance cover?  Is there a cap?"  He even asked this before even seeing the basement!  We told him the cap was $5,000, and he simply said, "Well, it looks like the mitigation will be between $3000 and $5000, I'm not sure."  He's a specialist, and yet, he's immediately unsure.....He NEVER gave us a written estimate.  He NEVER updated us, via phone, text, or email on how much things were likely to cost.  His crew DID NOT perform all the tasks he described.   They did NOT cut the drywall and remove ANY insulation.  Carlos said they would "definitely need to cut the drywall and remove any and all wet insulation.  They DID NOT DO THAT.  They also left EVERY SINGLE TACK STRIP attached to the floor.  Have you ever stepped barefoot on a tack strip?  His crew was actually here in our house less than 5 hours on Friday, May 4th, and less than another 2 hours when they returned on May 8th.  All they did upon returning, was to remove the drying machines, and rearrange two pieces of furniture, a couch and a futon.  How much is that supposed to be worth of the $5K+ calculations?  We DID NOT even receive a single courtesy call from Carlos within an entire week AFTER the work was completed.

He had indicated that your company could and would help with reconstruction, but after almost two weeks of no estimate from Carlos for that either, we gave up, and called another contractor....They were here working on reconstruction the next day. I had to call your main office several times to chase Carlos down, as he NEVER returned any of my 4 messages I left on his voicemail.  When  I did speak to him, he had magically arrived at a total cost of almost EXACTLY (actually 10% above the insurance cap), of what I told him our insurance coverage was...he did this WITHOUT showing a SINGLE CALCULATION, or having EVER getting a signed approval of the a written estimate from us.

To date, we have still not ever seen ANY pricing data of any kind in ANY form or document.  He used filler words and jargon of, "I'll be running things through our mitigation software, and I'll keep you informed of my findings." He NEVER actually informed us of any calculations, or anything else for that matter.  We have been kept completely in the dark as to when he may or may not show up, and he seems to always have an excuse for everything else in his job taking precedence over our case.  We understand someone having a heavy work load, but it's also odd how quickly he arrived to "bait the hook," and now, it's taken almost 3 weeks to complete the business at hand.

Seems you guys are perplexed about being professional too....the review above is spot-on with how things went....sounds like you went back and doctored a form as well....You are BY FAR the LEAST professional, BIGGEST scam contractors to EVER step foot on our property.....Better?

This was a dreadful and the most unprofessional experience I've had with a company doing work to my home. I would advise anyone not to have work done by this company. I thought I was hiring professionals to tile a stand up shower that had to be gutted because of leak to a drain that caused a lot of damage. After choosing this company and having them work on my home i came across tons of issues and found shortly after they began tiling my shower that they had no clue on what they were doing. They did not properly mortar the back of the tile and were only putting on spots of mortar on the back of tile and i complained and later found that the tilers that they sent to my home to complete the job were not even certified or licensed! It took 2 of their tilers a month and a half to complete the job of a smaller stand up shower which is ridiculous and messed up multiple things along the way and didnt properly seal and chauk the shower when they were finished. Also the project manager just kept making excuses for them so that he didn't have to fix there mistakes and made me try to feel stupid fore even bringing up certain things that wasn't right. After it was all said and done i had a professional tiler come out and told me multiple issues that needed to be addresssed. I am still fighting with this company about these issues and it has been a total nightmare. Take it from me and my horrible experience too stay far away from these contractors because they are NOT the people you want to hire for the job. I lost out on a lot of money and time because of this.

I have a very long story that started back on Jan 11, 2017 about what I went through with some Companies (one that just "showed up" after my neighbors house caught fire and spread to mine, and then lol, one of my Insurance companies contractors), to make the story short as possible, let me just say it was a horrible experience as I caught them in numerous lies, & they were NOT thorough or into the small details, at all. I was beyond frustrated, tired, stressed, and so disappointed. And THEN, what I will always call absolute fate, I found Flood & Fire Solutions doing an internet search, spoke with a very sweet & understanding receptionist at the MaComb office who put me on the phone with Craig who took all my information, and gave it to Steve Waga out at the Saginaw location and said Steve would be getting a hold of me to follow up and they would help me get everything taken care of. WHICH Steve did (and if my memory serves me correct, within the hour) and all i have to say is from DAY ONE, Steve has kept his word, been nothing but kind patient, professional, and understanding and always follows up on all my (prob) silly ocd questions and concerns, handled all the chaos I had been going through with my LESS than amicable & honest Insurance adjuster and has all the certifications necessary that made it impossible for her to deny & dispute things that needed to be done. I CANNOT say ENOUGH good things about this company, in addition to Steve, everyone that has been out to my place to review the work that needs to be done (Tom, Larry) have also been kind, professional and understanding as well. I am so grateful I found them. I would put them up against any other company just from the experience i have had to date. I work in the Automotive Industry as Supplier Quality so I KNOW how important it is to try and keep Customers happy when the calls & emails do not stop coming and far as I am concerned, Flood & Fire Solutions, Inc is ON POINT, and i will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing this kind of help. And when the work is complete, I will post again, but just wanted to share what my experience has been with them to date.
