I was very pleased with this company. I contacted Alex looking to match a roof for the addition to our existing. He came out the same day and had a thorough, photographed and highly detailed estimate to me the same day. This estimate was so easy to understand and straightforward, and the use of pictures while we discussed the scope was so professional and helpful. Alex and Flat Roof are class through and through! Alex took my call on a Saturday for my special-needs brother's trailer leaking roof. Came out in inclement weather, took detailed pictures and even invited my brother to inspect himself! Alex is a high character and full disclosure individual. Gave a detailed quote for full replacement and ended up doing the patch work with 2! workers free because of my brother's special needs and his own family history ~ Will subcontract with him to find a ceiling replacement fix without hesitation too. bid was reasonable. His crew came out within a day. They were knowledgeable and discovered it was not PVC which changed how the weld was done; another roofer told me it was PVC.

Hired FlatRoof LLC company to do membrane on our decks and balconies on an apartment complex. Very satisfied with final product and it was a very good solution in occupied by tenants apartments. Flat roof guys were able to install membrane and foot traffic was allowed same day/hour.

Alex was absolutely amazing he came out same day to check out our roof. I appreciate his honesty and letting me know it didn't need to be replaced but that there was just an issue with a penetration through the concrete. Absolutely recommend him to anybody and everybody.

Flat Roof Pros removed the old trim and membrane from a garage flat roof. They replaced it with insulation sloped toward the entry to move water away from the house and to downspouts. The new membrane and trim look awesome. My contract includes six month service calls to remove debris, clean downspouts examine the membrane. Alex and his team worked together tirelessly to exceed my expectations.

FRP came quickly for an inspection and found a number of issues and made recommendations. He returned later with the materials for replacement and sealing of roof vents. He provided insight on how to troubleshoot a related problem which since has led to solving a leak problem that was not actually a roof issue.
