Never thought I'd be writing a review about a roofing company, but here we are! FLA Roofing made this whole thing weirdly easy. I was expecting delays, headaches, and surprise costs, but nope. Straightforward pricing, no BS, and they finished ahead of schedule. Now, my roof is tougher than my mother-in-law’s opinions, and I’m sleeping easy.

Update: FLA roofing first said that the leaks weren’t from the roof, then said it was the flashing, now they’re blaming the stucco, and I’m supposed to pay $4k to repair the damage that their poor workmanship did to my home.

This company inspected my roof due to a leak, replaced the whole roof and when leaks damaged the wall in our bathroom and the ceiling of our lanai, they said that the hole, an actual hole, in our roof wasn’t their responsibility, that although it is in our roof since before they replaced it, and they neither noticed it or fix it, it is not their responsibility.

The picture of the lanai is very obviously not a stucco issue, the picture of the roof shows damage to the roof wood not just the stucco. However, before beginning work and after work was completed, the company inspected our roof, and if that was existing , they should have noticed it and reported it as an issue as they were replacing the roof due to water leaks.

The indoor damage in both the lanai and bathroom are your responsibility and you have refused to fix them.

Update: they claimed the leak was due to stucco, to fix the leak they had to cut off a section of the roof. They never touched the stucco. This is clearly poor workmanship and very irresponsible to not stand by your work.

We have a child with asthma who now lives in a house with rotting wood and potential mold

The installation crew was very efficient and professional. Stu was very accurate with the pre-assessment needs and pricing, and true to his word. There was really good communication, and that was much appreciated. Good quality affordable roofing is what I got and I am very pleased.

I contracted FLA Roofing and Restoration Inc. to re-roof my house due to damages caused by a hail storm.

The re-roofing took two days. It could have been one day, but my roof has peel-and-stick underlayment, which made taking off the old shingles a bit longer.

Stewart (FLA Roofing’s president) was on top of the project from start to finish. He made sure everything went smoothly and that materials were installed correctly. He was always accessible by text, phone, or in person whenever I needed to discuss something with him.

He kept me well informed throughout the re-roofing process and kept me updated.

He was an absolute professional! He answered all my questions and concerns with detailed explanations. He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, but showed me references to support his answers.

He was always open and more than willing to work with me on my requests and suggestions.

FLA ROOFING was a Wonderful company to work with. Great crew- they were OCD during their cleanup, removing any and ALL debris from our 21 year old roof. The owner showed up himself a couple times to check in during the process. Stewart Ponder (the owner) sent the best crew that completed our roof in one day’s time. The team at FLA Roofing was outstanding to work with from beginning to end. Luke was the primary customer advocate and sales person, he took an active role in working with my insurance company and ensuring that my needs were aligned. Selecting the right roof tile was easy and the installation went exactly as planned. After completion we did a walk through and found a few areas for improvement and they addressed those issues immediately. The owner, Stuart personally came by to do a final walk through.

We thought we needed our asphalt shingle roof replaced after a hail storm. I contacted Wes from FLA Roofing and made an appointment the same week. Wes arrived on time, was pleasent and professional. He performed an inspection of the roof and said we should contact our insurance company as it was his opinion that we did indeed have sigificant damage to the roof due to hail. We submitted a claim and Wes was present when the adjuster arrived. The adjuster agreed with everything Wes had said and processed the claim. Wes helped my wife make a decision on the color of the shingles and took over working with the adjuster. He even got the insurance company to pay for new gutters and downspouts when at first the only wanted to have them taken down during the reroof and put back up after.
Wes let us know what was expected each step of the way. The crew that replaced the roof work very hard and completed the job in 1 day. They even came back the next morning to clean up and used a large magnet to pick up almost every nail and screw that had fallen during the roof removal. The guys who replaced the gutters came out and showed us samples of gutter colors and matched our trim color almost exactly. I could not be happier with Wes, the roofers, and gutter guys. I would happily recommend FLA Roofing and Restoration

Couldn’t recommend enough. Had an issue with a previous roofer that I couldn’t get resolved Had a hole in the a two year old roof due to poor craftsmanship causing water intrusion. Called on a Sunday for an estimate and they came on the next day and fixed the problem that day. Sent me photos of the problem and of the entire progress of repairs. It was completed by the time I got off work Monday and at a price I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else. If you come across this review don’t hesitate to call them and don’t waste your time elsewhere. They seem to make all of their work top priority no matter what.
