Francisco and his team built our concrete stem wall foundation on Decatur Island - a non-ferry serviced island in the San Juans. Despite the challenging logistics, his price was fair and he completed the job on time and on budget. Easy to work with and nice guy.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was in the middle of doing the foundation for an addition to my house when I was in a car accident and couldn't finish. Francisco did an amazing job coming over and picking up the pieces and finishing the rest of the build for me. He was reasonable, honest, down to earth, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and was always willing to work with me to stay within our budget. You can tell he is more interested in doing the job right, efficiently, and to the customers' specifications than just getting paid. He's not going to sell you something you don't need or make a problem bigger than it actually is. Just a straight up stand up guy. I will absolutely be hiring FL construction again for future projects. Thanks again, Francisco.
I can't recommend FL Construction highly enough! Francisco and crew did a major home renovation (adjusted our roofline to add a bathroom and bedroom) for us this year and the results were amazing. My wife cried tears of joy when she saw the final product! Francisco provided a very reasonable bid for the job and was flexible fitting this job into his busy schedule. He completed the job on time and on budget (which I thought was impossible!) He even made a few suggestions on how we could improve the space and also make sure our house was the most structurally sound it could be. He was super flexible when we changed things around on him a couple of times. He provided us with progress photos and kept us updated on how things were going and the timeline of the project. His crew is very professional and they kept the job site shockingly clean. I will never look elsewhere for any future construction or remodel needs.
