We were very pleased with the work and value provided by Five Coat Roofing. They did a whole house re-roof from cedar to the high end laminate. During the quote process, the owner David was up front, easy to work with and didn't play any pricing games. He was familiar with the materials required by the HOA and worked to address the unique needs of our project. During the cedar shake removal and install process the crew worked safely and quickly. They were very courteous and cleaned up daily. During the final walk through with Five Coat's owner, he answered all my questions and offered to do a re-inspection after some other work is complete that will put folks on the roof. Five Coat Roofing came highly recommended by a friend who had his house and his dad's hour done as well as by an acquaintance in the business in the Portland area. We're really glad we contacted them.

Our roof needed repaired after this winter damaged it. Fivecoat roofing came out to give us a bid. After we decided to go with them we were able to get our roof torn off, dry rot fixed, new skylights put in a a new roof put on. The tear down took a day and the replacement took a day. Both crews worked efficiently and were professional and very polite. I will recommend Fivecoat roofing to all my neighbors as all of our roofs are at least 20 years old. I just cant get over how beautiful our new roof is and how it changed the look and curb appeal of the house.

I recently had my roof replaced by Fivecoat Roofing. They did a great job for a fair price. The men were at my house 1/2 hour early each day and worked all day except for 1/2 hour lunch. After the roof was finished everything was cleaned up . I highly recommend this company.

Fivecoat Roofing recently redid my roof. I went from cedar shake and was concerned about how my house would look with that change. The roof was leaking and water was dripping on the pillow in the guest bedroom. I contacted Five Coat Roofing and a nice young man named David came out right away and fixed the leak in short order. Fantastic residential roof replacement job on a steep slope roof. Fivecoat Roofing did it all. Removed the old shingles, replaced everything using top quality GAF shingles and underlayment, replaced vents and even helped coordinate replacement of the rain gutters. Project started, finished, cleaned up and hauled away in 2.5 days. All with a very competitive price. I recommend Fivecoat Roofing to all.

I needed a roofing contractor to make some repairs to my roof and Fivecoat helped me determine what roof repairs were required and how much longer before I need a full roof replacement. David is very friendly and likable. The repairs were done on time and on budget.
