I got the run around for months with other companies. They came right away and did a great repair job. Fast and reasonable.

I found 5 star roofing on google to do some repairs to our existing commercial metal roof. They came out that day and found the leak around our roof top air conditioning unit. I was happy they actually showed me where the leak was so there was full disclosure on what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. They came back that same week to do the work and we haven't had a leak since. All their work is guaranteed and i'm confidant if I had to call them back they would resolve the problem.

Five star roofing. They did a small section of my roof that was leaking bad. For half the price of other companies. And was very personal about everything. I would like to give a big thank you. To John and his son for coming thru for me. And thank you to the rest of the crew. Including you mad men. Ha. Thank you very much for your hard work.

Fantastic response and service. Had a bunch of shingles rip off roof during recent wind storm. Called Five Star at 11:00 am, they were out to inspect by 11:30. Quick run to the shop and they were back out and done with the repair by 12:30. $300 for them to install new shingles and repair a few that were coming up.

Absolutely recommend them.

Five star roofing came on time and was very informative and open about the details of the job. The workers were very professional and polite and worked efficiently the time they were here. They were confident and stood behind their work and their prices are the best in central mass, I checked.

The only reason for giving this place a star at all is because they initially came right away to see what work we wanted and quickly gave us an estimate. Other than that I would NEVER recommend Five Star Roofing to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!!!
We were told they needed a down payment for supplies to be ordered so stupidly we gave them money. Well they did come and take down old materials and take them away after leaving some on my grass for days. But other than that they were basically awol. I couldn’t even get them to call me and give a date as to when they were coming to do work! My neighbor told me he saw 2 workers one day with one working and the other smoking. Nice!
Needless to say I have to file a civil suit in court to retrieve my money.
Please DON’T be fooled by these people. They will take you for all you have. This is definitely a lesson learned.
