We are so thankful for the Zach and the entire crew at Five Mile. They did the build out of our veterinary clinic first, and then we asked them to move on to our house. Communication is always open, whether pertaining to budget or timeline, both of which can be very easily skewed in construction projects. We look forward to using Five Mile for future builds.
Zach produced far and away the best of the four houses I have built. He finished on schedule with impeccable standards that provoked my seasoned inspector to blurt out: "I have never seen a house with so many things done right." And Zach was such a pleasure to work with! Throughout, he was open to new ideas, sensitive to my needs and preferences, and dedicated to meet them. Two of my houses were custom builds; this one was Five-Mile's project. But still, Zach worked with me from the groundbreaking forward to fold in so much of what was distinctively me. No wonder all the reviews I've seen are five-star.
