Great bunch of people. They explained everything to my husband and I. We had a bedroom slide cable break, it was a few days before Thanksgiving when I called and we were able to take it to them the following Monday. We are new to RVing so we told them to check the rest of our cables and they found that 2 more were beginning to fray. We were so thankful to them for finding the other 2. Alot better to have them fixed now than 2 months down the road have them break or cause problems. Thank you Five Bears RV Service for fixing us up so quickly and making this experience a pleasant one. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

I have been having problems with my slide out and RV in need of engine batteries. The slide out would not open and the guys needed to crawl under the unit to release it and then use man power to push it out. They did a great job of that and after the slide was out they could see the information on the batteries and were able to go and get two new ones. Came back and installed them and then were able to check the slide that was not working. They found out the problem and was fixed and now I have new batteries to start the engine and a slide out that works. I would highly recommend 5 Bears for your repairs.

This is the second time we have used Five Bear services. They are fantastic!!
Last year we had an issue with our tongue jack. They found out that it was completely under warranty and they took care of ordering and installing the new one within days.
A few days ago our refrigerator fan stopped working during the hottest day of the recent heatwave. Of course it was later in the day close to their closing time. They still came out with a temporary fan so we won’t lose our food. Got the new fan delivered within a few days and installed it immediately again after their day was done. This is a wonderful business to work with! We now have their number in my contacts for any other issues that come up. Thank you Five Bears for always being ready to help!!!

Theses men were efficient,and professional. Really knew what they were doing. They fixed my slide within 2 hours and I was back on the road for our trip out west. Reasonably priced and very nice. I highly recommend their services.

With 2 floods one Tornado and a truck in the shop they scheduled my r.v. and got my r.v. heatpump back working.

Great friendly service!!! They have really out done service this time. Had a prob from when the dealer winterized and didn't reset some valves that they never told us about. So long story short we messed up the hot water tank. Not only did 5 Bears get it fixed quickly so I have hot water for my next trip. (Thank you thank you) They found and showed us where these valves were to prevent future problems!!! And did so without making me feel like a dummy. Definitely my first choice for RV related problems!! Amazing friendly reasonable and so nice to deal with. 10 stars!

Great folks over here at five bears! Frank is a very knowledgeable tech, which is hard to find these days. That explains why they are as busy as they are for sure. Turn around time is still far better than the dealer and Mandy makes the experience far more personable than dealing with a service advisor. anywhere you go you’re going to have a wait, everyone is busy, and good techs are hard to come by. At least.with five bears you’re getting honest, and reliable work done! I’m happy to continue doing business with them!

Would give no stars! This company is short staffed, little to no communication, and they like to charge your card with no authorization. I called this company to do service on my RV-took 2 weeks to get a call back, another week to get a tech out. Was told my part would be in and installed in just a few short days. I had informed them I was leaving town and needed it done and they had said it was no problem and they would get it done. Sadly it did not get done and I had already left town. I tried numerous times to reach out to cancel my service ticket via their phone number and to my surprise they don’t answer their phone! I also tried to email them-several days to answer the email. Now I am being charged for work that wasn’t even done. I tried again to call them after the charge was made and they either won’t pick up the phone or they answer and don’t speak. Sounding a little guilty to me.

Frank showed up after work, and within twenty minutes had power to the front legs of my fifth wheel. It was quick, professional and economical. Thank you Five Bears, and especially thank you Frank.

This was the only company that would come out and help us when we thought we had a water leak in the wall. They explained everything. Super affordable, super pleasant and so amazing! Don’t call anyone else! Wish they could travel with us so we never had to use anyone else!

They saved my Bacon! It July, my Birthday is Sunday and I'm sweating! The AC went out on my Dometic Brisk II today and it is hot out. Anyway, I gave the part number and they had a brand new motor for my AC Unit in stock. Thanks for Help guys!

They provide great service. Prompt, knowledgeable, easy to contact and reasonably priced. They did a Maxair cover, roof inspection and touch up roof caulk. Also working on electric fireplace. Need parts or will have to replace.

We've purchased a new airconditioner thinking that it was sure bad unit since it has an original unit which is about 20 years old. But, Frank from Five Bear RV ser ice came out and found out that it was the ac controllers that was bad and replaced both air conditioners for half the price of one new unit. So, now we 2 working airconditioners instead of one. Thanks to Five Bear for great and honest business. Blessings!

We were traveling through Illinois at the end of an 8k mile trip when we developed a problem with one of our trailer wheels. We called 5 Bears and they answered the phone promptly on a Friday evening. They said they could be there early Saturday afternoon and were right on time. I had thought it was going to be a bearing problem, but it was actually a brake problem. They had the parts in their shop so they dispatched a 2nd driver to deliver the parts. We decided to have them do all 4 brakes and repack all bearings which they did on a Saturday afternoon for us. We were very happy with their service and they are really nice people. We highly recommend 5 Bears!

Five Bears RV Service preformed the following services for us at Woodsmoke Ranch: leveled our park model RV, replaced bathroom and kitchen faucets, and replaced a burned out ceiling fan. We were given nothing less than 5 star Service for each of the jobs. Frank cleaned up the mess and disposed of the old parts. Frank and his wife were and absolute joy to work with. I thought his prices were quite reasonable. You simply cannot go wrong hiring them for your RV services.

I had Five Bears led by Papa Bear Frank come out and inspect a trailer we were thinking of buying. We have never owned one before so I was looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of this business. I hit the jackpot. Let's start with Mama Bear Mandy. She answers the phone during off hours and is an absolute gem to work with. I called another business but did not get the feeling of someone who is passionate about what they do that I got from Mandy. Frank came out and met us and explained everything to us and did find some issues. He explained what he would need to do and had a quote that night. The trust that I got from this business was like no other. Even with the big project we are still buying this trailer because Frank says it is worth it. Now I'm no fool so we spent the next day out at the ranch and saw what was out there and there was no doubt Frank was 100 percent correct. I am thrilled that I have found 5 Bears who will be my go to for everything with our new purchase. Give them a call you will not regret it.

These people are the only ones you need to deal with. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and spot on with everything. Frank knows what is going on. He doesn’t waste any time looking at the directions as he already knows what to do. And they travel to you. Very reasonable price for what they do you won’t be dissatisfied.

I was lucky to have found The Five Bears RV service and this actually was my 2nd experience with Frank! He helped me get my new tankless water heater in and working after a dealership busted our original water heater during winterization. He also offered to come show me how to winterize my RV myself this winter! He is timely, courteous, does very clean work and in my opinion priceless! Thank you Frank and Mandy!

Repaired a leak in my camper waste water plumbing and replaced the water damaged underbelly skirt. Replaced the toilet. Strengthened my shower pan. Odds and end repairs to interior items. Sealed roof.

The repairs were completed quickly with minimal disruption to my family living in the RV. Five Bears is a truly professional company and a pleasure to work with. Hire them! Mobile RV Repair - we called because we are New to travel trailers. We bought a very fine used 2017 Lance 2295 for our Horse Fence Construction company. On our first job, we wanted an onsite setup and review of all critical processes. The correct way to do it, not just a bunch of YouTube options. We had already had the unit professionally inspected and prepped for transport from our purchase so we knew some fixes were needed. What we wanted was training, hands-on experience with a pro. Everybody wants you to bring it, well we are too busy to do that.
From the first call to our future calls, this is our RV team. They travel, easy to work with and know their trade. Ten stars!✳️

I needed to summerize my trailer quickly because I had a work trip pop up that I was going to use the trailer for. They got me in right away! Frank and Mandy where awesome to work with! They answered the phone well before their opening hours. They where very quick to get here to work on our issue. Frank was very knowledgeable about our rig and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was very neat and courteous about keeping our rig clean and undamaged while working in it. Fantastic job. We had a travel trailer in outdoor storage for 5+ years Frank came out and moved the trailer to a new site and did all the repairs needed. Frank and Mandy were so easy to work with. I called on a Sunday of the 4th of July weekend (and mentioned that I didn’t expect to hear from them until Tuesday… they called me back within an hour and then we worked out a time for them to come out and fix an issue with the step on my class A Dutch Star. Parts were orders and Frank dropped by while I was in Chicago to fix everything. Worked out great! A+ service.

This family-run business is a diamond in the rough. I had been through three RV repair services who did not have the quality of service or skills for my unique problems. Frank is a miracle worker with skills in ALL the areas necessary for RVs. He used his carpentry skills to create a beautiful new ceiling mount for my rooftop AC. When other places told me that the molded plastic ceiling part was not available for my over 20-year old Pleasure Way and they could not fix it, Frank was able to create a whole new wood ceiling from scratch, better than any plastic part, and replicate and perfectly match wooden cabinetry that was water-damaged. (Before and after photos attached). He was able to fix and tune up my generator, while other RV repair shops told me I’d have to go to a place that specializes in only generators. Frank also worked on some plumbing and has been extremely helpful and patient with me as a novice RV owner.

Mandy has been great with communicating and updating me regularly and obtaining difficult-to-find parts. This is a great team that gets things done, gets them done right, and are super friendly and communicative with their service. I cannot express how happy I am to have found them.

Five Bears was so quick to respond to our broken a/c in our fifth wheel. Frank is very knowledgeable and we will definitely use them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We pulled into the rv park late afternoon on a Friday and were heading to northern Minnesota the following day to do some fishing off the grid. We had been having some trouble with the water pump intermittently and now it had gone out completely. I talked to the owner of park about finding a mobile repair company as we did not want to spend the next several days without running water. She referred me to a tech (who also is listed on the company directory) I called and left a message but received no call back - I know, shocking, right? The next am, Saturday, by the way, I started searching for a company that I could get service from. I found 5 bears which had some very nice reviews so called them. To my surprise I not only had a pleasant conversation with Amanda but also got a committment to send a tech as soon as possible. The tech showed up 45 minutes later, replaced the pump and 30 minutes later left with a smile on his face and one on ours. In this age of terrible customer service it is truly a breath of fresh air to find folks who care about their reputation as well as their customners. Job well done and very much appreciated.

We used Five Bears to get us back in the road with our trailer and they did a wonderful job. Arrived when they said they would and went above and beyond to get us on our way home.

The hot water went out on our Montana 5th wheel. My boyfriend had tried fixing it himself using customer service from where it was purchased. They tried to offer advice based on what he was explaining. After many failed attempts, I looked for a mobile tech, as bringing it in to dealership in a timely fashion wasn't an option. I found Five Bears and Mandy was able to get Frank out here the same day! It turns out that the issue was not anything my boyfriend had been trying to fix. We needed a part ordered, so Frank left us a board to use until he could get the new one in. Having hot water was essential as this is where my boyfriend is living, not just on a camping trip. Mandy kept me informed the entire time and Frank was knowledgeable and very informative about my other questions. If you're looking for someone to fix your RV, Five Bears should be your first choice!

I was so pleased to have this company service my motor home. When I called and left a message (on a holiday weekend) I got a response within a half hour.
We made an appointment for the next day and the service tech showed up on time and repaired my refergierator within a few minutes!

We were having a major slide issue on a new-to-us RV. It was a bigger fix for what could be handled onsite, but Frank was amazing nonetheless. He was able to diagnose and guide us on how to proceed and at least get the vehicle drivable so we could get down the rod to a repair facility. Super knowledgeable and kind dude. Class act business that came to our rescue in a pinch. Very friendly customer service and very knowledgeable. We were stranded at a campground due to the power lift system failing for our pop up camper . The camper didn’t have a hand crank backup system and our pop up was stuck open with storms coming that night. We called our rv dealer who wasn’t friendly nor helpful. We googled this company and from the first phone call to the pickup it was a pleasure able experience. They went way out of their way to help us plus protect our property.
