We have been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Mike at Fitzy Maintenance. The first time we had him power wash our house, he is very observant of details, and noticed that there were some bubbles around our propane line going into the house. We had a propane leak and never knew it! Luckily, we were able to get it fixed, but without Mike noticing, it could’ve ended differently. We had him power wash the house again today, and are very pleased at how thorough he is. As a bonus, we had him do the sidewalk and we are amazed at how wonderful it looks. Instead of using a nozzle to power wash it, he has a circular scrubbing type machine, which made the sidewalk very clean. We would very highly recommend him- we have referred him to several friends who used him and have been very pleased also. He sends text reminders and is very organized.

Fitzy washed my 2 story Hardy plank home, washed the windows inside and out, and brightened the gutters. Outstanding results. The gutters had a lot of black streaks, most of the black streaks were removed!

We have had Michael come out to inspect and fix few things in our office including replacing door locks and repairing bathroom plumbing. He is very reliable and comes out almost on the same day to troubleshoot the issue. His work is also very professional and done in a timely fashion. Would certainly recommend him for any maintenance work in a house or business.

This is the second time I have used Fitzys. Michael did an excellent job both times. The second d time was just Feb. 10th and it was after a city water pipe broke and flooded my driveway, yard and washed away a fence line. It was a huge mess. Michael came and cleaned everything and got rid of all the mud so that I didn't have to walk through it, tracking it into my house and also my autos. We had a surprise basement situation with water coming back into the house. And on a weekend! Some other companies couldn’t get out until Monday, but Michael came out on a Saturday and not only found and resolved the problem but was helpful in suggesting good practices to keep issues to a minimum and ultimately was a pleasure to work with. Very pleased with the removal of the black mildew on the home, boat house & garage. The green algae cleaned off the deck & dock. He did an excellent job no damaged to the latex house paint and stained decking. Unlike most contractor he communicated when he be on site and when he would complete the job. Very professional. Michael is on the ball! Dependable, knowledgeable, personable and highly skilled at doing his job. He power washed my roof, house and all 26 windows that removed 3 years of dirt and mildew. He doesn’t just use water but has a very effective cleaning solution that not only disinfects, but literally brings about a transformation of the house. All my gutters & white trim, including the 4 white ceilings of the covered porches looked like they were freshly painted!!! The previous window washers were definitely not as attentive with getting all the dirt removed from the screens and the sills. What a difference his cleaning solution makes! In addition, he replaced cracked vents around the crawl space and fixed the entry door/hatch that goes into the crawl space. He’s coming back to make a minor adjustment because he’s a man of his word. So rare these days! I’m glad I found you Fitzy!
