I had a blow out, scared the heck out of me I called my roadside assistant with kidd insurance and help was there no longer than 30 mnts, the male assistant was nice considerate and very helpful had me back on the road in no time. Thanks Kidd insurance

Kidds insurance services never forwarded my escrow bill to the escrow holding bank after serveral conversations/ contracts where bank routing and account numbers and the banks contract address were exchanged. After making several attempts to assure communication between the escrow holder and kidd insurance services I still ended up losing coverage due to poor communication. The bank states they were never forwarded a bill from her company. At the same time frame Gina was assuring me its OK it takes time somtimes for the bank to process the payment and i just need to be patient, and then at one point 3 days befoee cancelation stated I needed to call and ok it with the bank which I did again as time was closing in. In retrospec her company never even sent the bill to the bank which the banks says they cannot send escrow payment without a bill. Now I'm stuck without coverage due to a claim during this fiasco. Poor communication I'd shop elsewhere.

Everything went great. She was friendly and very helpful. Also saved me a lot of money. So glad I switched.

Gina is so sweet and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone but they won’t hesitate to not renew your policy for a mistake!!

Always curious, always answers or return calls. I've been with alot of other insurance providers and not one of them compares to this agency for price, and all the way around.

I am very pleased with the service and follow up from Kidd's insurance. ERIE Insurance who they represent did a wonderful job getting my roof fix. The preferred contractor Erie recommended was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who needs roof issues resolved.

Gina is very professional when doing busy but she also sticks with her small town raising and remains very friendly and kind to her customers. She goes the extra mile to find them the best coverage for the best rate.

The agent made a promise in order to get my business that would save me several hundred dollars. However after about five months when the promise was due the agent was unable to keep that promise and I didn’t get the several hundred dollar saving I was expecting.
I doubt that this is a common practice at this agency but it should not have happened.
