We had a problem with water drainage off the back of our garage roof running down the front wall of the house. James accessed the problem & arranged to have someone remove the damaged siding, trim, improperly installed Eve Guard, house wrap, trim, roofing, etc. and access any other damage to create a reconstruction plan. New material was properly installed, painted and rain-gutter & down spout added to keep the rain and melting snow off the house siding. Unrelated James’ sub’s also stained our timber without hesitation. James kept us up to date multiple times a week which is important to us as we are not full-time residence in Garden City. We really appreciate the attention he has given us as a prior customer of his.

Getting a contractor in a remote area near Bear Lake, and especially someone who can stick to an important schedule was extremely helpful.
