I could not be any more thrilled with Rob and his team at First Choice RAC! Our roof and gutters got damaged quite severely in April during a storm and needed some extensive repairs. We met with a couple different roofing companies who all felt pushy and very aggressive in their sales. But from our first consultation with Rob, my wife and I felt at ease as Rob walked us through the process and clearly laid out each and every step until we understood. He was not interested in making us just another install, he wanted us to be happy with what we were getting and have a safe roof over our family’s home.

The crew that showed up to the do the work was incredibly professional and neat and left everything looking brand new! Over two days my kids became fast friends with the workers, who were all super respectful and caring to both our property and the children.

I have recommended First Choice RAC to several of my neighbors over the past several months and wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

After a hailstorm in March of 2024, our roof needed to be replaced. We delayed getting the work done but couldn’t be more pleased with the work of First Choice. We had a great experience with First Choice. Rob and Nick were both very helpful, extremely polite, and supported us through the entire process, including taking time to work with our insurance company to get the claim approved.
They kept us informed through the entire process, and were patient with us as we worked through some delays with our insurance and mortgage companies.
They completed the roof replacement in one day, as promised, and when they were done the crew made sure everything was clean and there was zero debris. They even made sure to go to the neighbors to clean up any materials that had gone into their yards.
They also power washed and stained our fence. Rafael did this work and it is fantastic - the fence looks brand new - he is a true craftsman.
If you need your roof replaced, I highly recommend using First Choice to do the work.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the work and the process. The roof was completed within a day, with no delays. When they were finished, there was no physical evidence they had been there. I was also impressed that there weren’t any residual nails lying around.
The quality of the work has been great. It has rained a few times since the replacement, and I haven’t noticed any leaks or issues.
There were absolutely no hidden fees or costs. The estimate and invoice were in alignment, and nothing extra was added. They were even willing to eat the costs on a few things the insurance didn’t give them enough for.
Rob and Nick were great to work with and made the process extremely easy for us. They had great communication with us and the insurance company throughout the whole process.

Overall, I would give them 10/10 and I would recommend them to EVERYONE . I’ve had my roof replaced before and working with them was a vast difference in the previous company. They made us feel comfortable with trusting them, and they delivered on everything they promised. They took pictures and videos of everything along the way to show us proof of the work they were doing, and provided all the videos/pics on a USB drive at the completion of the job. The USB drive also had all the necessary documents.

They were really awesome and if we ever have to have another roof replaced, I would trust no one else to do it but them.

I've worked with many other roofing companies in the past but first choice is by far the best. The attention to detail, the customer service, and just the clean up after was exceptional.

the owner made this extremely easy and was always very responsive to any and all questions I had. I cant tell you enough how hard they fought the insurance company and expedite this entire process of replacing my roof. once complete, I had another 3rd party company come and inspect their job. the inspector could use only one word as the work examined. flawless. I highly highly recommend them and if will be using them going forward on all my work going forward.

Highly recommend Rob Vassallo at First Choice Roofing. We had many questions. He was very knowledgeable and kept in constant contact with us. Replacing a roof can be a nightmare experience but Rob made it seamless. His crew was courteous and professional and Rob was on site often during roof replacement.

I can honestly say that Rob Vassallo made our roofing experience a blessing !!! after this past (horrific hail storm) our home was left with damage, my husband and I had no idea what to expect and was very weary and cautious on choosing a reliable company (keep in mind we had door knockers for months after this storm) and I can say that roofing companies are not all the same, Rob built a honest relationship Going above and beyond making sure we received what we pay for regarding insurance premiums we did not only get a roof but paint a new door the gutters, my husband is in the construction industry and is a tough cookie Rob took time and really looked out for our best interest , this is not a close a deal and leave company , Rob and first choice brought impeccable service on all corners !!!!
