Quick to collect final payment without a final walk through. Work is very shotty, tub smaller than original one. Never asked how satisfied we were with the work, just for final payment. I feel bad for my mom. This has made us trust no one. We were going through a pretty rough time & they knew this & this didn't help matters. Unfortunate & sad.

Since no one at your main office or on their direct line seem to respond to my calls still. Can you make sure to take me off your emailing list? I have already told you that the first portion of the job was done so poorly that I do not want you back to finish it. I'm sure you can look up the email on my account that you have on file under Ferrari.

This is the only review that I've ever written. Says enough about how poorly my experience was. I had to get all information from my insurance company because I never received an email from the first choice other than a for a survey. Not a copy of the estimates, invoices, or corresponding reports. I don't want you to ever work on a project for me. No products were ordered, none were even suggested. The first estimate took 3days...weird how now someone wants to reach out. Haven't received a call back in a month I could send a screen shot of a call log, but enough of my time has been wasted. I enjoyed living in an partially demolished home, but I have to move on.

Juan and his team did an interior paint job in our home, and they did a very good work. Juan is very responsive, and his team was very courteous and professional, and completed the job before their estimated time which was impressive.

This company was great. I had talked to Daniel by phone after I had gotten an estimate from a company my plumber recommended for water mitigation (the water tank leaked and flooded)…i did not feel comfortable with their price or process. They had a minimum of 1200 and I knew this was not that large of an issue. I was out of state and this was for my rental property and it was 2 days before Christmas. I definitely needed someone out but I wanted someone to shoot me straight on my situation. Prior to arriving Daniel told me straight and was direct with the process and helped me get an idea on costs too. They did not try to upsell me or my Insurnace like the other companies may. The tech handled the issue and was professional and I was very pleased as were the tenants to the outcome…especially during the holiday weekend. Thank you! Would recommend for an honest evaluation and service.

Excellent service. Worked with John Roe, who was fast, thorough, and HONEST. Had a leak and roofer had fixed the roof part. Said we only needed drywall repair for the ceiling. Wasn’t sure if this was true, so called up First choice. Lady was really nice and set up an appt with John, who came the same day. Took very thorough pictures, and told us that all we needed was drywall repair, and that the wood underneath is still good. Appreciated the promptness, professionalism, and honesty. Will be contacting them for any restoration work in the future. Thank you, John!

We highly recommend this company. Daniel came out to take care of the first steps in our water mitigation situation. He arrived on time, was clear in his information, did a great job and cleaned up the area where he worked. We will have him back!

After hearing great things about this company we decided to use them to replace our kitchen cabinets. We could not have been happier with our decision! Their prices were reasonable, quality of cabinets above average and the workers friendly, knowable and respectful!

First Choice Restoration was a bright spot with our flood damaged home if thats possible. We had a water supply line burst at the toilet. Of course we were out of town and the water ran for over a day causing major flooding and damages to the walls, flooring, kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. Our entire house was flooded and received damages from the leak. Quite a big project to restore. We were first assigned to another construction company by our insurance company. That company really didn’t do anything but take up 3 months of our valuable time. Needless to say we were quite discouraged. We then did our own research and elected to hire First Choice Restoration to complete the project. First Choice Restoration was absolutely perfect for us. They came out to our home and started the process accordingly. Kelly was assigned to be our Project Manger and he was always very helpful and always available to chat with. We had lots of questions and he had answers for them all. Kelly was a true professional and extremely knowledgeable about the construction and insurance process. He helped us rebuild our house back to the way we wanted it to be by assisting us with new cabinet selection, flooring and all other construction items. We also worked with with Aaron and Jim and met many of there workers at our home. Very impressed with all of them as they all cared about our situation. I would highly recommend this Company.

I learned of First Choice from a contractor connection service via my home insurance company. This was my first licensed contractor experience. This was to repair &/or replace various accidental fire damages.

Within 8 business hours I heard from First Choice and the assigned contractor Kelly. Soon he was at my home to assess and answer questions.

Kelly and the office staff are patient, courteous, friendly, flexible and well informed. The vendors Kelly called in were as well. Calls were returned quickly, concerns addressed, discussed and resolved. I always felt respected, heard and at ease with the personalities as well as the services provided. The workmanship and interactions were great.

First choice is awesome. Talk to Aaron and he is so helpful. They will come out and give you ideas and quotes. They have great staff members that are extremely helpful. I would recommend using first choice for your remodeling and restoration needs.

We called your service company and within a matter of time Jose and Chris was at our door. From the very start they were
calming to us and did their job immediately. Their kindness, great job attitude bringing cheer to our disaster! Plus their clean up service was to be commended.

We had water damage in our kitchen and it was basically gutted. First Choice came in after 5 most of hassling with insurance company and had my kitchen completed in a matter of 5 weeks. The built an extra storage cabinet for me under my bar that was just wasted space. Mike, Dean and Kelly were the absolute best to work with. The were always on time, very friendly and always listened to my concerns. I am beyond thrilled with my kitchen and with Fist Choice. I would definitely recommend this top notch company and will be using them again in the near future for roofing.

We had a water leak with water damage to the drywall/baseboards and I needed a new company to step in to complete the restoration. The previous company was slow to respond and I didn't feel comfortable with them doing the restoration after everything was dry. I called First Choice Restoration and was very happy with their flexibility to meet when it was convenient for me. They gave me a very competitive (and detailed) estimate and started the project within a few days. I was extremely impressed with their high quality work and the talented people they sent.

Had a leak in upstairs bathroom that damaged the downstairs laundry and cabinets. These good folks did an outstanding job. On time, fair pricing, good crews. They handled the insurance part, and the installation of cabinets and tike was 1st class.

These guys are the best! On two separate occasions I was in need of a restoration company. Once from storm damage and once from a fire. Their work is outstanding and they work very well with the insurance carrier. Highly recommend.

Great work done. Washer flooded 75% of my house. Called a different company to do the emergent work but after 5 days left a mess. First choice should have been my true first choice because they came and fixed what the other company missed. High grade laminate flooring was never taken up by the other company and instantly their manager (Tony) noticed this and ripped up my flooring and dried it the right way. They dealt with the insurance company and got everything done fast. I refer any friends or family to First Choice. They definitely will always have my business. EDIT: under new management and their customer service mindset has changed..... Looking elsewhere from here on out.
