Warning ⚠️!!! This place is a terrible place of business, especially if you're not flatbed and if you received product from Houston, TX. This place won't accept the load, because they need to make room in their warehouse for this product. I was lied to by the secretary in the office, about being next. And, over 22 trucks were unloaded. While, I sat and waited for Firestone to remove their product from my trailer. This is very unprofessional and I won't be doing any business with them ever again. If there was a rating for zero stars. They deserve nothing for this business. It's a waste of time and their liars the people who answer the phone number as you pull up to check in. I am reporting them to the BBB and putting this on truckers path as a high risk service failure with the receiver. They don't need reliable truck drivers doing anything else for them! Be aware of this company driver's, you'll lose money dealing with them! #Facts

This place is very slow don’t hold up there appointments takes 3 to 4 hrs to load they don’t pull the load ahead of time so your waiting for them to pull it while you burn up your clock would not recommend taking a load from here if they can’t get anyone to haul maybe they will fix the problems take a stand against company’s like this we all like to make money and time is money for all parties # tuscumbia al facility

This place is horrible I have been waiting 3 hours to get unloaded the shipping and receiving docks are all the same you have flat bed drivers and van drivers scrambling to get into a dock or in position to get loaded or unloaded I think you can park along side the road if you come in late at Knight

Easy in and out. Do not enter the facility, call the number and give them a PO number to assign to a dock. Restroom cage available. Polite people. Loading time 1 hour

Easy in and out. Loaded fairly quick. People are pretty cool. Stop at the gate, call the number, wait for a dock and they bring out your paperwork

4 hours to get unloaded and 6 hours to get loaded. I don’t understand why does it takes so freaking long to unload and load within hour or two. I highly recommend to avoid this place, not worth your HOS time. Huge waste of time. Show up 7am and leave 5-6pm maybe 7pm.

Very friendly place to deliver to...close to truck stops to if u het there wen they r closed...fast unloading to
