Cody did an excellent job inspecting my property before I bought it. He was available to assist me around my schedule, finished the job quickly, wrote a detailed report explaining every detail on the property and gave a great discount to veterans.

Cody did an excellent job on our recent home inspection. The house appeared extremely well maintained but he found several issues which needed addressing. It's comforting, especially in this crazy market, to have a home inspector who really knows their stuff and can show you exactly what quality of house you're purchasing. Highly recommend!

Cody was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional in his inspection. After the review of the inspection I had peace of mind because of how detail orientated Cody was ,and knew that he had our best interest as a home buyer as his top priority. Being burned by previous laissez-faire inspections, I am hesitant on recommending any home inspector; I have finally found the one which I will always recommend and use in the future.
