Firebird did good work. Rudy persisted in getting to view and assess our roof for potential hail damage. I'm really glad he did as he was able to document damage that ended up being covered in a claim due to hail damage.It was the end of the season last fall and another roofer was unable to get back to us for an assessment. Rudy was informative and very personable to work with. He followed up on our questions and got back to us when some issues came up. Workers were fast and diligent. Great job cleaning up, even coming back the next day to make sure everything was clean and in order. I would highly recommend Firebird and would definitely use them again.

Firebird exteriors replaced both my home and garage roofs last fall. Rudy came by my house one day and offered to do a free hail inspection. I was not even aware there had been a hail storm as I had been out of town when it happened. Rudy was not pushy at all and there was no pressure. I (somewhat skeptically) agreed and it turned out to be the best decision I made! Rudy helped me navigate the insurance claim. They pulled all the permits and were extremely knowledgeable about the city codes I was asking questions about. There was very little I had to do. They communicated well and answered all the questions I had. The crew did a great job on both roofs. It was done in a timely and professional manner. The cleanup was fantastic I barely found any debris in my yard. Firebird Exteriors is a family-owned local business. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about a new roof, or even is wondering if they might have hail damage.
