Rondo's contracted to take care of storm damage to our home. They reviewed the damage to insure that there was a legitimate claim. Then they worked with the insurance company and the claims adjuster to make sure we had the proper repairs approved. As a home owner, they kept me in the loop as they proceeded with the repairs and took care of everything so that I didn't need to get between them and the insurance company. The repairs were very well done and timely. I would definitely highly recommend Rondo's and have already referred them to do work on my daughter's home.

We had major damage from baseball size hail. Ray replaced our roof, siding and garage doors. We didn’t have to coordinate anything, Ray took care of it all. Excellent service and excellent job well done. Very happy and the house looks amazing!

Ray has helped us with 3 major projects so far and we love everything he has done. First was replacing our deck. Second was to replace floors from water damage from a frozen pipe. Hail damage on my house and pole barn forced me to find a contractor. I haven’t had very good luck with contractors in the past so I went into this with a negative attitude. The Rondo's Construction came up on Google, was local and had good reviews, so I called and talked to Ray Rondo. I’m so glad I made that call! Ray made the whole process easy, and he had MY best interests in mind when working with the insurance company and throughout the project. I can not say enough about Ray and how much I appreciate him! Our adventure started June 2019 when a pipe burst and flooded a bedroom. While working on that claim 2 weeks later a hail storm hit causing damage to kitchen, living room, a window, and the roof. Ray stood up for my rights. He argued with insurance agents, claims representatives, claims adjusters who came to the house, claims supervisors. He got things approved that they at first denied and didn't want to pay. He was available 7 days a week, always answered the phone or texts. Which was a good thing because summer 2020 while still battling the insurance company a pipe in the downstairs backed up and flooded the rooms. So he took on another claim and kept up the battle! He never complained, even showing up on a Sunday. By the time everything was settled almost the whole house was remodeled. His work was amazing. Everything looked beautiful! I can not say enough about the job he did from start to finish. If it wasn't for him insurance would have denied paying many things. I would hire him again in a second! If you need any work done I recommend him!

I had a full remodel of my house done after a fire, Ray made every step of the way extremely easy. He did all of the work with the insurance and mortgage company, allowing me to process the loss that came with the fire. He was very professional and willing to explain everything, every step of the way. Each and every person he had working at the house was respectful and very pleasant to work with too! He was also very good about sending updates as to what was being done each week and what would be coming in the following weeks. He still checks in with me, though my house has been done for 8 months and has even had subcontractors back to look at things that have come up in the last year. My house is beautiful, not the same but everything is exactly how I described to him I wanted my house to look! Ray fixed our kitchen floor and our basement ceiling after our dishwasher leaked and caused a bunch of damage. We had multiple contractors come out to replace our kitchen floor. Time after time they were all words and no action. But then we had Ray come out. From our first meeting, we knew Ray had what it takes! It was a difficult job and had a time sensitive completion date and Ray delivered! Everything looks amazing and we could not be happier! I made it clear from the beginning that I could not be restricted in where I could get my tiles from as I had vey specific tiles in mind. He agreed, said it wouldn’t be a problem then went back on his word. Saying I could only order tiles from menards lowes home depot or the tile shop and I can't order from their website it has to be currently in their store then it was just excuse after excuse not to get the work done. mind you I signed the contract in April and it is was mid July nothing had been ordered, No repairs had been started and Ray could not provide a start date. I cancelled the contract and he kept my money.

My Husband and I just had Rondo’s build a three season porch and deck built off of our house. It is amazing, the attention to detail was exactly what we expected and they delivered. We started our kitchen nightmare with a different contractor. We had a leak with our dishwasher so we reported right away to our insurance. The first contractor that came out refused to do the work to get everything covered with our insurance. His plan was to use the money to fix part of what needed to be fixed. Which we know now would have left us with flooring that was completely molded underneath. So fast forward to contacting Ray! He came in and gave our bid and helped us navigate the insurance process. He was able to get everything covered. The process was long. We were in a hotel for 6 weeks BUT our kitchen not only got completed, it got completed the correct way and is amazing! After our kitchen was complete we had planned on selling our house. We even had a for sale sign in the yard. After walking into our kitchen and seeing how great everything turned out we quickly contacted our realtor and remained in our home. We cannot thank Ray and his team enough for their dedication, attention to detail, flexibility and hard work. We are now back at home and enjoying the amazing work that they did in our kitchen. 04/30/19 Update: Ray came to our rescue when we had a back-up. Ray came over to take care of the dry out and then helped mediate with the insurance for the repairs. Last fall Ray had built our new deck and gave us a quote for new kitchen cabinets. We decided to go for all of it since the floor was being ripped out. Ray and his team went above and beyond our expectations and finished a railing for our front steps that wasn’t part of the job too. All our friends and relatives that have seen the railing, deck, kitchen cabinets, floor, etc. all love it. Thank you Ray and your team. Last fall review: Ray and his crew did a great job removing our old deck and replacing it with a maintenance free deck. The new deck looks great and can't wait to use it. We are so happy with Ray and his crew that we are getting an estimate for our kitchen too.

Ray did a phenomenal job with our roof work. He went way beyond what I would have expected from a contractor. Our initial insurance check was $2.88. Not a joke. He went to bat for us, pointing out the adjuster's errors, and we ended up having the entire roof covered. The craftsmanship was exceptional. Ray was personable and easy to reach. Contacted Ray Rondo as I had worked with him previously in printing, and learned on Facebook that he was a contractor. The hail storm in June wrecked my roof , siding, facia and deck. Ray and his crew have done a great job on all the repairs, completing everything in a timely fashion. We are going to have Ray do some interior remodeling this winter when things slow down a bit. I would recommend The Rondo's for any type of construction or repair.

We needed a leaky window fixed prior to selling our house and found extensive water damage to the exterior wall. Rondos Construction was quick to assess and repair the damage as well as fixing the cause.

I am a first time home owner and do not know a lot about this stuff. I called around to a few places to have a deck installed , when I got a hold of Ray, he was very rude to me and basically said everything he could to not help with my deck and the process. This guy MAY do good work ( if it's anything like his costumer service , yikes) but out of all 10 companies I talked to he was the only rude and condescending one .. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE.

I had some storm damage to my roof and some shingles blew off. I originally planned on just getting the roof replaced. I spoke to several other contractors and company's however I chose the Rondo's construction.

When Ray came over to my house to speak with me, he made me feel at ease and not pressured. Ray also had the lowest bid for the roof of all the contractors I spoke too. Ray was the only one who even mentioned anything about going back to the insurance company and fighting to get the siding and other things replaced. By the time it was done I had a brand new roof, new siding, new gutters and new facia.

Everything was done in a timely manner and the people that completed the work did a great job. Ray was always in contact with me and answered my question right away.The only out of pocket expense for me was my deductible. Ray is very honest and trustworthy.

We had some missing shingles on our roof from a recent wind storm that came through our area. Our insurance company said it is our responsibility to tarp the area to prevent further damage that would not be covered. Worried that rain would cause further damage - and unable to climb up and take care of this ourselves - we called Ray from Rondo's Construction, who immediately came over with a tarp and took care of the situation. I really felt at ease with Ray, who discussed in detail when and how the repair would proceed and how he would handle the whole process. About 3 weeks later Ray let me know, to my surprise, that our shingles were no longer available and that he would be working with our insurance to do a full replacement of the roof. Soon we received a call from the insurance saying they were in fact replacing the entire roof. Ray said he had it scheduled to be replaced in the next 3 days. His team was out and did a great job, which took about 6 hours total. WOW!

Ray's perseverance really paid off for us - I'm not sure what the roof would have looked like without his knowledge and experience working for us.

We were thinking of putting a simple deck in at an affordable price. Rondos came out to look at our yard, drew a design and built it within our timeframe promised. The design was simple but with added character (like our steps and benches-we did not want railings to obstruct our view). We love our new deck!! He also gave us some advise on home improvements that may be needed, it was appreciated so much!

Ray put in some laminate flooring as well as tile in our house and it is beautiful! Very reasonable and done in a timely manner. He has also put shelving in and installed closet doors. After moving we had hail damage in our new house, The Rondos were the first people I thought of after the door knocker left. We made some modifications from just doing the roof, and Ray was more than willing to help.

8 years later, I would still recommend them.

I had some wind damage to the shingles on my roof. A co-worker recommended I talk to Ray about it. Turns out it was covered under my insurance, and I managed to get the whole thing replaced.

The whole experience was great from start to finish, Ray is a very easy guy to talk to, he doesn't give the runaround on stuff.

Mr. Rondo is very professional was upfront with me. His prices are more than reasonable being that he is insured and licensed. He met his time frame of work completion with better the expected quality and performance. His team is professional and they were willing to answer any questions I asked of them, if they could not provide an immediate answer they got back to me in a very timely fashion. I have used him for multiple projects around my home and plan on inviting him back soon for a bathroom remodel. I have had Rondo's Construction on 2 different occasions. He built us a beautiful handicap ramp last summer which has worked well for us as we are both handicapped. This spring I asked him to widen my sons bedroom door to better allow his power chair to get through. He did a beautiful job and both jobs were very reasonable.
