Everything was efficient and professional starting with my first contact all the way to the completed job and invoice. Especially impressed that every time they said something would happen and when, it happened exactly as they said. I find that rare. Adam cleaned our gutters, explained what he found, and gave us advice about how to proceed. Excellent! I will keep Gutter Maids on a regular schedule now. Thank you.

I initially contacted Gutter Maids just a couple of weeks ago after reading excellent reviews. I called Meghan to ask a few questions about things like insurance. She immediately sent me the insurance forms and answered all other questions quickly and efficiently. They came to our home today to clean out gutters. They worked carefully, finished quickly, cleaned up well and helped us answer a few questions about other steps we might want to take to improve the performance of the gutters. Very easy process. Scheduled an appointment on-line. They confirmed the date via e-mail and text and texted me a half hour or so before arriving. Gutters were cleaned and no debris was left. I appreciated the gutter review at the end.

Easily the nicest guy I've dealt with in a long time that came out to take down an old satelite dish on my roof, everyone went above and beyond, very impressed with this company. I'll reccomend them all day long!

5 star job! Super thorough job cleaning the gutters and then A-plus for washing off the deck and furniture when done so all the gutter debris was washed away too. Will definitely use their services again in the Fall.

I’ve been using Gutter Maids since I reached the age where climbing up on a ladder and doing it myself was no longer a good idea! They always do an excellent job, making sure all the downspouts are completely cleared out. I am so glad they now offer ice dam services - I had that problem in the past and had a very hard time finding professional service at a reasonable cost. Now I know who to call!

I had them come out and take down an old satellite dish from my roof. They showed up on time, removed all cabling and patched the holes where it entered my home in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend.

I had never hired anyone to clean my gutters before so I asked my brother who recommended Gutter Maids and I am very happy with the work they did. They arrived when promised and I work from home but had to be on a 2 hour Conference Call when they were here so I never got to meet my fellow. I also loved the easy appointment process all online.

The Gutter Maids made excellent, short work of cleaning all our gutters. In addition, they provided recommendations in protecting our present gutter issues beyond simply cleaning the gutters.

Great communications pre-arrival and again once on site. Thorough job cleaning gutters and cleanup afterwards, including blowing leaves off my deck which was much appreciated. Wish the service cost a little less, but everything costs more in the Twin Cities!

We had a large roofing project done this year and once again Gutter Maids came out and did a fabulous job making sure all our gutters and downspouts are ready to take on what ever. They are good at cleaning up all around the property before leaving and sending us a detailed report with pictures. We will continue to contract with them and appreciate their good communication from scheduling to finish.

I've used Gutter Maids at least three times. They are easy to schedule and their rates are mostly reasonable. Their workers are personable and do a thorough job. I have no hesitation with using them again.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the Gutter Maids after they came out to clean my gutters today! The technician asked about any concerns before he started and did a great job cleaning up. The pictures emailed afterward was REALLY nice to see as well! I’ve been using them for the past couple years and would highly recommend them.

The best in this area !!! They clean my gutters twice a year now and do a fantastic job inspite of the maple tree spinners. Highly recommend them. Today Adam did a great job !!!

Gutter Maids did a great job cleaning my leafy gutters, especially the second story gutters, which had been a difficult and dangerous task for me and my wife over the last few years. The ground areas under the gutters were cleaner after they were finished than the were before they arrived! Highly recommended.
