From the great explanation at the start of a new years ever failed 20 year old furnace through the professionally installed furnace the Fire and Ice team were at their best. Highly recommend. They will make sure you understand the whole process and selection of furnace.

For customer service & timely-ness I would give them 5 stars. They are easy to work with & very friendly. The reason for our low rating is their pricing - now I understand everything is more expensive these days. But when they put in a thermostat less then 2 years ago & it already broke… it’s ridiculous that only the thermostat is covered under warranty. The guy was in our house & changed the part in less then 5 minutes. But it cost $191 for those 5 minutes. Ridiculous. They charge $100 an hour of which his first hour was just drive time & then he got an additional $40 for gas. The pricing is a little extreme, if he spent an hour plus actually working I would understand, but if a part they put in is under warranty, there should be a different pricing system. We definitely learned our lesson, & next time will just go through whirlpool & do it ourselves. Especially after we found out the exact same thermostat online was cheaper to buy then to use their services.

We had a leak in the bottom of our water tank that was rusted out. Leaked on to the utility room floor and under the wall to a carpeted bedroom. Accepted the estimated price for replacement and was well worth the price and was there just minutes after I made the call to stop the leak before it got worse.

I am totally amazed at how fast the technician showed up and how well he kept me informed as to how the repairs are progressing. I am totally impressed with being informed on the problems that are arising and his recommendations that would fix the problem and then how he rearranged things to my my problem fixed the same day. I will be a customer for life!!!!

They sent a tech out to trouble our home a/c tl shortly after I put in a service request. After getting a quote for a new unit, since they couldn't repair the coil and unit was aged, they were quickly able to get in to install and get us back to comfort.

Great service, called for AC repair they were at my house in less than 2 hours and got it back up and running.

Had an excellent response time and very knowledgeable technician that stopped out. Was more than willing to give advice and explain what he was doing and what was happening, which I very much appreciated it. Definitely has the tools for the job too, compared to some of the other places I had tried. Extremely thorough.

Called because AC was freezing up, earliest appointment was the following week. Technician had completed some jobs early so they asked if they could come by and look at mine. Very pleased with how they fit me in and got my AC back up and running before the weekend.

Had my furnace worked on. They ordered the part . Came out and installed it ASAP.

Brutally cold outside, and I know they have had many calls for furnace issues, they still got to me very quickly, and cleaned off the roof vents, which was causing the furnace issues. Great job!

Have Used Fire and Ice for HVAC for the past few years.

The technician was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. This is the second time we have used this company for two different jobs. I would highly recommend them!

The service was very prompt and he checked out heater out. It needed a simple pilot light fix. I would recommend them. I did. My parents used them to replace their water heater.

Everyone was very helpful and even though they were busy they made time to come to my house and get my AC unit running again. I Fire & Ice for any issues with my central air unit and they always do a great job!

(Oct. 2023) Furnace couldn’t keep house warm. They discovered loose manometer tube and shined up the flame sensor. Been running for 3 days now like a champ. I thought the hourly rate (w/experienced service guy) and quickly fixed heater vs. buying new furnace was reasonable. Still very pleased.

(April 2021) Needed a quick "tap into existing HVAC ducting to heat separate room" project completed. They were very responsive and were able to complete the job within a week of the request. Reasonably priced. Very pleased.

We had been having issues with the AC this year and it was starting to get hot. Called Fire and Ice and they were able to get someone out to look at it that day and repaired the next day. Now our AC works perfectly!

The two gentlemen who came to the house were professional and courteous. They were both friendly and had no qualms answering any questions I had. I would not hesitate to bring them back for further work.
