Justin and his team are wonderful to work with. Justin answered all of my questions about the work being done, he worked with me to find times that work in my schedule and he showed up when he said he would with his team. Justin and his team do wonderful work. I will 100% use Finishing Touch Services for future work.

Justin and his team did a great job installing new gutters for us. If you are looking to replace your gutters, I highly recommend using them!

As our previous window cleaning service had left the state, I searched Google maps for potential new contractors from which to take quotes. Justin's quote made my decision a no-brainer. Compared to the other quotes I'd received, it was more than competitive and covered more services, too.

We have our windows cleaned every spring, and I have always power washed our sizeable deck myself. But that takes me 2-3 days at my age, and time was tight due to upcoming guests on the calendar, so I hired Justin to do that job as well, and his method was far superior, took only about 2 hours, and was much safer in protecting our 1-year-old new Trex deck. He also included power washing all the powder coated aluminum railing and glass infill.

We also had not had our siding washed in the 15 years we've owned the house, so several areas higher up on the 2nd floor had become beyond grungy, and we agreed it was time for a full house washing. Justin and his assistant gave everything a very thorough cleaning, including all the exterior gutters, eaves, anything that had accumulated dirt over the years.

We also had him power wash our lower driveway and walkway, and even clean the moss off of our aluminum deck furniture. Everything looks absolutely great! Best of all was Justin's professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction througout the day. I also hired him to repair several spots on our gutters that were leaking, but that wasn't possible that day due to rain. Has to be dry for the sealant to adhere to the metal, so he'll be back soon to complete that task.

Always happy to find a contractor here in Kitsap with integrity who is also quality minded. Even better when the cost is reasonable and affordable. There's a reason Justin's schedule is mostly full, and it's because he's built a solid reputation for his company amidst a sea of also-rans. We already had our gutters cleaned, but I'll be contacting Finishing Touch Services when next we require that to get a quote on that project, too!

Justin did a great job. We moved to Bainbridge 3 years ago and it has been difficult finding reliable services and repairs. Justin is the third person we have had to our house to clean gutters and clean and treat the roof moss. More importantly we had a significant leak where two gutters met and were leaking causing problems with our siding. Jason diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He shows up on time, he is intelligent, safe when up on the roof and organized and neat. "the real deal"

Justin’s work speaks for itself. He has an amazing work ethic, is professional, extremely responsive, and communicates well. I’ve had him clean our gutters, apply zinc powder, clean off our carport roof, replace some fascia that had started to rot, etc. I’m always impressed with the outcome of his work, knowledge and general friendliness. I will definitely continue to use his services into the future.

Cleaned and treated roof, gutters, downspouts. Repaired siding, roof shingles, and other items rotted out from leaks by a previous contractor. Absolutely dead honest, personable, high level of skills, and I have used him repeatedly for a variety of issues, his skills up to any challenge. I am now using him again, and have a long list of projects yet to do, pergola repair, reroof shop and greenhouse, deck work, etc. I have worked with a LOT of contractors over my life, and I have never been higher on anyone than Justin!

I had a rain gutter that did not work properly. Justin quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He was very professional and courteous and most of all a fine honest young man. He is now my go-to guy!

Justin and Gabriella are delightful and efficient. They cleaned our roof, gutters, skylights, and outside windows. Their price was competitive with the two other bids I received. My roof, gutters, and windows have never looked better.

We had a little unforeseen mishap with some of my hydrangeas getting damaged. Justin and Gabriella came out to look at them and replaced them with beautiful new plants. If your home is in need of any exterior maintenance, Finishing Touch Services and Justin is your guy. He did a full house wash, installed drain guards and properly flushed my downspouts, and replaced some damaged gutters for me. Justin is professional, friendly, and definitely a hard worker. He showed up on time and explained the process, then did an exceptional job on everything. I couldn’t be happier with the results, the wood siding on my home looks new again. He pays attention to all the minor details and makes sure you are happy with the results. I look forward to working with Justin again in the near future!

Absolutely outstanding service from Finishing Touch Services. Justin did an excellent job of roof moss removal and gutter cleaning. He also installed anchor points on our very steep roof to aid with any future work. The roof looks brand new. On time, excellent communication and did a really thorough cleanup around the house before he left. Will certainly use this company again and highly recommend them.

Lets face it - being up on a ladder or up on the roof is no place for older people. So we had Justin come out and blow off the roof, clean gutters, and add gutter guards. Later we had him come and wash the exterior windows. We are so happy with his work and attitude we set up a regular maintenance schedule with him - and so did our neighbors! Justin did a fantastic job on cleaning the moss from my roof and cleaning my gutters as well. I had let the moss build up way beyond what I should have. He was here all day long working on my small house. But by the time he left it almost looked like a new roof. Great job, nice guy, easy communication, right on time, and a very fair price!!

I am extremely pleased with the outstanding work ethic, professionalism and results Justin provided in treating/removing the moss on our roof and cleaning and repairing (inside and out) our gutters. Justin communicated well regarding his process, expectations and schedule. I called several roof services and none would answer or give me the time of day to do a simple roof repair. My roof is steep and steel and Justin went up there and did the repair like the professional he is even though he is not a roofer. Very happy with his attitude and his work.
