If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I recently bought a home that Finesse remodeled and we moved in a month ago. Since then, we have had nothing but problems with the horrible quality of work they did. Less than a week after moving in the towel rack in our bathroom started to fall out of the wall and when we contacted Finesse they said it was from "wear and tear" and wanted to charge us $250 to fix it! Basically saying that their work can't withstand a WEEK of usage! This week after a month in the House our bathroom shelf fell out of the wall... with nothing on it! If that wasn't enough, yesterday our entire spare bathroom and living room flooded from a blockage in the sewer system that a plumber said came from someone flushing caulking and drywall pieces down the toilet! I would not recommended this company to my worst enemy.

I highly recommend this company! Rapid response to any questions/concerns. They did a great job replacing my roof and working with my insurance company after it suffered from hail damage. They are honest and hard working.

Finesse's extensive expertise and client service has been an asset for my company in assisting our clients when they have an insurance claim on one of their properties. They have a top down approach to navigating the process with the adjusters which has been imperative to client satisfaction.

Brad B. was very professional when gave us a full analysis on our roof replacement. He informed to us, that it was not a leak that required a full replacement at this time. We very much appreciate his honesty and will call him for any future roofing problems!

We called Finesse when we found that our roof was leaking. They came out immediately and spent time on the roof as well as in our attic to fully understand the problem. In the end they told us that it would be cheaper to NOT go with them, I was surprised at how honest they were! Thank you for taking the time to come out and look at our house and for doing what is right for the customer even if it meant we did not work with them!

Finesse Construction has handled many projects for me and my clients over the years. As a principal I have hired Finesse to do large and small projects from full renovation to patching some leaky roofs, they have always done an exemplary job. As a Development manager that has managed over 4.5 MM square feet of office and 20 K units of multifamily, I have hired Finesse construction and would hire them again. As a commercial real estate broker I have recommended Finesse Construction to my clients to handle small "punch list" repairs after closing escrow to bidding large tenant improvement or redevelopment projects and have gotten very positive reports from those clients.

I used Finesse Construction for a large roof project and other miscellaneous work this past year and they really did a great job for me. They did what they said they would do and finished everything ahead of time. I've since referred them to others having work done and I've heard they performed excellent. Finesse Construction has done work multiple times on my homes and has never disappointed. They have been on time, thorough, professional and complete. The work they did on my homes including new roofing, addition construction, renovations, etc. has all been completed following the scope of work agreed upon. They've done great work and I am continually a happy and satisfied customer. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I've had multiple work done on my properties from Finesse and never had any issues. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and do amazing work. I've read the reviews and see people giving them low stars, beware, and just negatively bashing the company. People are way to quick to write a bad reviews. If you experience any issues, work with the company to resolve the issues before jumping the gun to write a bad reviews. They are US based and provide jobs to qualified people that need the work to support their family. Finesse is a great honest company and I definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!! A+++++++

I have used Finesse for over 6-7 Years for various hotels I own. I have never had any issues and the outcome of the project has always been as expected. Fast courteous and done in a timely manner.

I wanted to thank Finesse for tremendously helping me with my business this past year. Robert (owner) saved me from spending several hundred thousand dollars on my property improvements. I just wonder WHY my previous truly negative review toward this company was disappeared !!!???. Serious attention be needed before hiring this company to work on your property ....

I just want to share with others about this roofing company workmanship and painful experience I had encountered this company . I'm emotionally suffered for mistakenly to have this company working on the property. I have seen the GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY but have not seen the company as WORSE like this construction roofing company in which their workmanship is way off beyond my imagination (the worse of the worse). This company is not as good as it advertise ..... Its workmanship terrified me after I learned about the work in which its workers had done on the property. The wires were cut and left uncapped - unattended (hot wires), damaging the air conditioner ... disregarding about the safety of others, cheap quality materials... and consistently refused to obtain the city permits after I had learned that the permits were required to perform those works. There is little or no communication between their workers and me when there are issues or problems arises. The workmanship is horrible and beyond my belief. There are no such words that I could find to describe how shoddy and unprofessional work performance this company did to the property . If you have this company working on your project ... carefully STUDY & CHECK the Scope of Work, and follow all the works carefully to avoid the 'Cut corner or shoddy works or illegal works performed without permits'... ask for city permits if works are required permits according to your City's Ordinances.... or you will be fined with BIG FINES from the City. This company present's image is not as good as it sounds. If this company sale people knock on your door and ask you to have them work on your roof ... Be alert !!! Don't sign the contract until you have your lawyers look at it .... I just hate myself for having this company work on the property in which the Lousy/shoddy works were performed. "Cut corner/substandard" works were all over place. It is not because that I was lazy to make the research on this company, but because of trusting its salesman promises, and didn't spend enough time to research on it thoroughly , and that is why I'm the deep hole trying to get out now. I just wonder why did this company have many good reviews ???.. Were they true ??? - That is my question for potential property owner to ask him/herself before making decision to hire this company. I hate to spend time for negative review but I even hate myself more if I don't share the 'painful experience' I encountered with this company, and sadly see others falling into same trouble or mistake that I'm having now with this Roofing Company which is called FINESSE CONSTRUCTION. and I still wonder WHY THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.... These good reviews suddenly popped up after I wrote my negative review about this company ??? Is it paid to have good reviews ?? OR is it a way to move the negative review to the bottom of the page to limit its visibility and improve its score ??? How are these good reviews filtered ????. Is this review system easy to be manipulated ???. How confident do these reviews give to potential customers ? Is there a way to verify the honesty and trustfulness of these reviews ???? (do your home work).

beware of this company. they did things without permits, Vandalize the project with inexperienced workmanship. We had this company worked on our roof and their work was terrible. For those who currently hired them working on your project. keep a close eye on their workman ship - Check the scope of work to see if the work required city permits. Our case, The city had place a violation upon us and issues the stop order... beware of this company...The workmanship is sub standard. Make sure you have all info needed from this company... We have been going so much pain and still working to resolve this case though attorney and city to prevent this happy to our city. Check the scope of Work and follow it closely ....
