We had some shingles buckling and Jordan came out same day and was able to replace them. Checked our roof for any other issues as well. They did a great job and left the area clean. We have rain coming so really appreciated the quick turnaround. Would definitely call again if we have other issues.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job on my home. I got extensive hail damage on my gutters, window screens, fence and roof. He was also able to get me a much needed downspout and repairs on my garage door molding. He was very instrumental in negotiating with my insurance company on getting them to reevaluate their estimates so that most of the damages would be covered. I trusted his judgement and recommendations every step of the way. I will consider Final Cut Roofing again for future projects.

Final Cut Roofing and owner Mark Nosrati has my highest recommendation. Mark is an excellent communicator, meticulously detail oriented and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Roof. I came across Final Cut Roofing many years ago when I continued to see positive reviews on the neighborhood NextDoor app. Annually after hail season I’d have him out for an assessment of the roof and for many years when so many other roofers kept telling me I should replace the roof. Mark was honest in his assessments and thorough in his analysis. He would take pictures and show areas to watch but assess that the roof still looks good … until one hailstorm too many it had finally done enough damage that it was time to replace. Mark kept me informed every step of the way making a potentially stressful time far less so by handling all the little details. Final Cut Roofing stands behind their craftsmanship. Any issues or concerns, one call/text to Mark and he has me on the schedule to take a look and make any necessary repairs. I highly recommend Final Cut Roofing for an honest assessment and quality craftsmanship.

Hire for interior work at your own risk. I mistakenly allowed Final Cut Roofing and Construction to renovate my kitchen after they did satisfactory exterior work and seeing other homeowner's positive reviews. In lieu of leaving a public review, I have tried, for several months, to work with this company – I have receipts. But, it's clear now they will not be resolving the issue as another company is currently repairing their work at my expense. My kitchen cabinets, done by Final Cut, have been a problem and, although FCR did come back to reprime/paint them when they were turning yellow just months after completion, they’ve been exceedingly difficult when it comes to fixing the bigger issue of unleveled cabinets with huge gapping under countertop, crooked drawers and sloping lines making the cabinets appear to be sinking. Twice the repair was scheduled and both times the workers no-showed. When I brought this information to the owner/contractor, Mark (back in May,) his response was, “How would I know they didn’t show?” He then suggested I get my cabinets fixed by someone else and then invoice him, at which point he would reimburse no more than $300 of the repair. That’s not even 1/3 of the 2 individual estimates I’ve received to repair their work. So, unfortunately, and all too common, the outcome is Final Cut Roofing and Construction gets to walk away, free-and-clear while the homeowner is stuck with the results and cost of repair of poor craftsmanship. I cannot attest to their roofing results, but that appears to be their bread-and-butter. I CAN advise homeowners be cautious about considering this company for interior renovations. Ideally this account will inspire Final Cut to better serve their customers.

Jordan went out of his way to provide great service. He gave us a fair price for installing Christmas lights, helped us select colors and placement of the lights, and made sure they were installed correctly. He came over several times after the lights were installed to make sure they were coming on at the correct time and to check for any other issues. Because of his attention to detail and his excellent customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend Jordan and Final Cut Roofing.

Jordan and crew are amazing!!! He is honest and he keeps his word. Even though I did get my lights from him when I called him about a few bulbs that went out he came right out and did maintenance. He let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I felt like he wanted the best for me as if it was his home. I will definitely use Jordan and crew next year. And will tell everyone in my neighborhood to use him! Super happy with the install and service. Oh by the way his customer service is a 10 out of 10!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his team. They power washed my existing fence (approx 6 years old) and re-stained it. These guys did a fabulous job from beginning to end. My fence looks BRAND NEW! What a pleasure it was to work with them. Polite, helpful, professional, etc. I can honestly say, without a doubt, if you use Final Cut Roofing & Construction for anything, you won't be sorry. This company is "Top Notch". Mark, the owner, takes a personal approach. He was on site throughout the the whole process. I recommend them 100%.

I met Mark while renting a home whose roof got pelted by hail and needed to be redone. He did such a wonderful job I kept his number and when we bought our home and got hit by hail I called Mark. He did as wonderful a job on our home as he did on the one we rented. He goes out of his way to make you understand what is going on and what is coming next. I am so glad I chose Final Cut Roofing to install my new roof 10 years ago. Since then, I have used them several times for various projects, and they have continued maintenance on their original work for me. Through several storms, almost ALL of my neighbors have had tarps up, and at least partially replaced their roofs. With the detailed work and painstaking maintenance that Final Cut has done on mine, we have had NO issues (and yes, they came out to check on me after each storm!). I will use Final Cut for absolutely everything I can, and recommend them to everyone I know!

Mark and his crew did an amazing job on my roof and fence! I am really impressed with the way everything turned out! From start to finish, they made the process as easy and efficient as possible - dealing with the insurance company, adjusters, materials, city inspections and permits, and just everything! I never felt stressed or the need to take time off work to handle any part of this project. I really appreciate the honest hard work and dedication, responsiveness of the crew, and just being able to trust a construction company with all aspects of the project and getting it done on time with so much attention to detail! The (softball sized) hail storm in April 2017 left damage to my roof, fence and gutters. Final Cut Roofing assessed the damage, provided a written estimate (rare among roofers) and completed repairs exactly as per their estimate. The quality of the work performed was excellent. I am very happy with the repairs and how the smoothly the process went.
I highly recommend these people for any roofing or remodeling jobs you might have. (Yes, they do remodeling also).
