Did a great job. Had to do a lot of custom cutting and it looks awesome. Only took him 8 hours.

My shower stopped working. I talked to Keene and he was able to come that night and look at it and he knew right away what was wrong with my shower. He fixed the problem. He did a really great job! I would recommend him to anyone.

After 2 failed plumbers, Keene came out within the hour I called him and determined what was wrong with my dishwasher within 5 minutes of being in my home. Very nice man and easy to work with! Very polite and worked with me on what needed to done! Will be using him again for any future fixes.

My 63 year old mother hired Keene with Precision Remodeling & Repair, LLC to reframe and replace her front door. He came to her home and measured the doors ; had her sign a contract (that he did not give her a copy of; and has YET to provide a copy of; even after multiple requests made by myself, my brother, and my mother); and requested a $2,000 check as a “deposit”. I spoke to Keene on the phone and set up a day and time (about a week later) that I would meet with him to see what the options were and to choose a door. Keene came by with another individual from his company to measure the doors again. Another gentleman from his company came by a few days later and also measured the doors. I sent Keene a text the day we were scheduled to meet and spoke to him on the phone because I felt there was some confusion with what my mother wanted done and what Keene was planning to do with the door. While speaking to him on the phone he informed me of what my mother agreed to and told me, “that’s what contracts are for, sweetheart”. I felt that this was very demeaning and unprofessional. He told me he would have someone from his company drop a catalog off at my mom’s home so that she could choose a door. My brother called Keene and asked for a copy of the contract, they got into a verbal argument, and Keene hung up on him. I called Keene and asked for a copy of the contract and was told that his “office lady” was out of town and he would have her get the contract to me the following week. We still do not have a copy of the contract, no work has been done (besides three different gentleman coming to measure the door, which has taken less than 5 minutes each time), and my mother has paid $2,000. This situation has been going on for almost 4 weeks now. We are very frustrated and at this point do not have a resolution.

Keene came in early with extremely short notice on a Friday morning and fixed some water damage we had in the kitchen and a part of a wall our puppy had chewed up.

I was referred to Mr. Fields of KMF Builders by the Home Depot. I was very pleased with his work. He called me immediately, gave a clear estimate of what it would cost to complete the work that I needed done. He arrived on time and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He was also able to assess some of the other issues that needed repair and advised me of how to go about getting service for a roofing issue that would save me both time and money. I appreciated Mr. Keene's honesty and professionalism. I will definitely call upon him again. I would recommend him to others without a moment's hesitation.

I had this company put in a patio, move some boulders and even run a water line for a toilet. They did a great job. The job was done in a timely manner, and they did a quality job. I would recommend this company. I have requested more work to be done in the future. I have also recommended the company to a family member. Good people to work with.
