Thank to Pete's thorough inspection, he found one major issue that we weren't comfortable following through with the home purchase . I would highly recommend his services.

I am very disappointed. There was so much mess in my home inspection that now I am having to deal with the repercussions of that. I paid for all the extras on my home inspection and was buying from out of state. I wanted to be sure that there was nothing missed. There was so much stuff that was missed in the inspection that could’ve easily been found by an inspector that was doing a thorough job.

Peter did a thorough examination of our new home. The work was done with precision and competence. His knowledge of the nuances associated with purchasing an older home was welcomed. We recently put in an offer at a very old house in the Berkshires, which I would not know how to evaluate. Peter was wonderful the whole way through. Booking was dead simple on his website, he confirmed the day before, and was responsive before the inspection. Day of, he realized the water test I ordered was not necessary and proactively refunded it.
