Ferschke Construction came highly recommended for replacing our roof shingles. They responded immediately when I first contacted them, and followed through quickly with an appointment to look at the job. Our property manager looked at the plan and costs, and confirmed the quote met industry standards. A Dumpster and materials were delivered exactly as scheduled. On the day of the job, the team, supervised by a manager on the ground, put a protective covering over all surrounding landscaping. They worked safely and efficiently to complete the job. And the site was throughly cleaned afterward. We were very happy with the work.

Corey Ferschke was recommended to me by my sister. She gave his company (and him) glowing references for the work they did for her. I agree totally with her opinion and assessment. Corey is very professional. He shows up when he says he will (usually early). His work is top notch. He has done a roof with gutters and downspouts. He will also be doing another roof as well as full set of windows and front and rear exterior doors. I highly recommend his work.

The work they do is unbelievable! I am a landlord with 6 multi family houses and they did every house for me! If you have them do work for you you won't be sorry! They are very honest & they do great work! So hard to find a good contactor They are awesome!

Hands down best assessment of our roof, what was wrong, and how to make it right - we needed more ventilation. We went with Ferschke out of about 5 companies that looked at the job. Communication was great. I only recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a new roof and new skylights installed by this company. They returned because of a skylight leak, due to faulty install shortly after.

HOWEVER, I NOW HAVE SOMETHING FLAPPING ON THE ROOF (PROBABLY SHINGLES COMING OFF) AND THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE MESSAGES NOW FOR OVER 3 WEEKS! NOW THAT THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY, THEY PROVIDE N O FURTHER SERVICE FOR THEIR WORK. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
