Austin of Fernandina Beach Exterior Cleaming performed a complete pressure wash of my home today. He includes a roof inspection and cleaned 15 full length windows. We have had many such things done but; and thus is important, thus time the project was done with a plan, all the proper supplies, a positive, confident manner. Thus is what all companies need to do. The work was excellent. The house looks great, the windows shine. It was a pleasant morning. Austin knows his products, his approach is professional. He will be my 'go-to' person for future projects and sound advice. This company is an asset to our community. Highly recommend!

I used FEB cleaning for my pavers. Clean and sealing also reapplying sand. Austin the owner operator is the most professional meticulous service provider i have ever met. My pavers look better than new and his hard work really stands out. Knowledgeable on time fair price and service provided by the owner. Excellent job by Austin, cleaning & sealing our Lanai. Looks like new! He really paid attention to detail & took time to get the job perfect. He even offered to help move some of the heavy things back in, when fully dried - would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! FBEC took care of everything for us. We ask for a complete top to bottom pressure wash from the driveway to the back fence. Even though it’s a two-story and vinyl fence, he got everything perfect. Driveway, pavers, back patio, fence….and everything looked great. They really took their time and made sure the details (corners and edges) were cleaned. Prior to wrapping everything up, they ensured we walked the entire property to make sure nothing was missed. Very professional. Recommend these guys. Prices were reasonable and no sticker shock. One of the few times didn’t have “buyers remorse” after hiring someone to do a big job like this. It hard to find good people to do hard work, but not here. Hire them, you won’t regret it!

The service was exceptional and the work performed was outstanding. My house had a terrible mold problem. Austin did a very thorough job, this was done back in May and the house still looks great.

I called Fernandina Beach Exterior Cleaning for pressure washing the Exterior of my house and shed. Austin told me that he was booked up and would not be able to get me. Called back in s few minutes to tell me that he had worked me in. Austin came out gave me a great price and went to work.
Hls work was great, taped off outlets and other openings in the siding and then started pressure washing. My house looks great now.

I contracted with Fernandina Beach Exterior Cleaning for a full, top-to-bottom exterior cleaning inlcuding roof, gutter guards, siding, brick front, windows and screens, driveway and sidewalks. My house was moderately grubby, with some mold in places, dirty windows and screens, and streaks of dirt and/or algea on the back side of the roof. Austin did thorough and conscientious work throughout the whole project. I wish I had taken some "before" photos because now it looks like a brand new house. Windows are streak-free and mirror-like, all the screens look like brand new, the siding looks like it just got a brand new paint job, and the roof looks like it was just put on. Overall the house looks so fresh and clean now. I enjoyed working with Austin at Fernadina Beach Exterior Cleaning and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

What an outstandingly owner and operator Austin Miller is!! Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, tireless, and a perfectionist, Austin power washed our Lanai that had never been done. Pavers 16 years old with lots of vegetation were no match for Austin. He laid down the color Pearl sand and sealed it. Totally spectacular. He cleaned the Lanai screens, the house exterior, the driveway pavers and the walkway. AMAZING RESULTS. He rarely took breaks if any. He was AMAZING and a total professional.
