Jeff was very professional and roofing/gutter bids were very competitive. We decided to use Ferguson because they've been doing business since 1939 and still going strong.

Austin was knowledgeable and professional. We talked the problem through and maybe we found an answer that is acceptable to both the company and us.

Austin was great, he is very professional and very knowledgeable and very patient. We are very satisfied with his service, he took his time and explained everything and answered all our questions and gave us great advice. We are very grateful to Ferguson Roofing. Thank you guys again!!!

I hired this company based on a recommendation from Hoffman Brothers. Ferguson Roofing has scheduled 3 appointments with me, 2 to do the eastimate and 1 to start working. Two of the appointments have ended up being no call/no show. The roof was supposed to be done today and all I know is that no one was here since the delivered materials haven't been touched. No word from the company about when & if they'll be getting to work.

I called to get a roof inspection. Chris Jezik came to make the inspection.
Friday afternoon. He went up on the roof and took pictures of the roof and the gutters. You took us time and showed me the pictures and explained what he found and answered all of my questions. He went back to the office and emailed me his estimate that evening.
A very good communicator and easy to work with.

Austin was very personable and accommodating. He took the time to make sure all elements of the estimates and options available were clearly understood. It was much appreciated!

David was very professional and explained all the services and what comes with it. He took his time to pay attention to things that others didn't. We even talked after he was done with his work. Great employee!

Alex explained everything clearly and completely. He was easy to talk to, professional, friendly, a great listener, and he really took his time with me. He answered all my questions. Austin Wright introduced himself and proceeded to do the task at hand. He was extremely cordial and attentive to my particular situation. I mentioned a solution to my problem from another contractor and he immediately offered his recommendation on behalf of Ferguson Roofing. The estimated price was competitive! However, his estimated length may be off a bit, but I’m sure if the actual length is slightly shorter, the final price will reflect the difference. I found their contact information from the BBB list of roofers/gutter service. Lastly, Austin indicated a 10 year warranty on the work.

The Ferguson rep was professional and knowledgeable pointing out options and issues. A great company to consider if your home needs their services.

Took a while to get them out but it is that time of year so didnt bother me but the guy they sent out was great... very professional and honest told me my roof was in good shape, no damage from recent storms...no charge for the inspection. Great, honest and reliable company.

I requested a roof inspection June 27, 2025. I have both heard back from anyone until now. The only thing that I received left at my door was a Ferguson Roofing magazine with no estimate or anything. Today July 7th, 2025 I get a text message to right a review with an estimate attached to it for $12,146.49. Saying I need a new roof. I just got an inspection 2 years ago and all they found was a small hole the size of a quarter and they plugged it. I only called Ferguson roofing because I received a call for a free estimate due to us just having a thunderstorm with some hail. I had no concerns about my roof at all. No one has sent me pictures or anything regarding needing a new roof. Just a paper with a number amount on it. to

I had a great experience and will work with them again in the future. Jeff was very professional and even fixed a loose nail on my roof, free of charge.

Chris was prompt. He did a thorough inspection of my roof and gutters and showed me pictures to show me what he saw.

I’m absolutely done with this company. Hopefully no storm damage in the future but if there is, I will look for someone else. A couple few decades ago, this company was a different story. Myself and my then husband worked as insurance adjusters and this company had a good reputation. To elaborate on the problems I’ve had with them would take too long, so I’ll just leave it here. Probably going to file with the BBB.

Chris was very personable and answered all my questions throughly. He even suggested alternative options and gave reasoning behind his professional opinion. We will be using their service in the future. They also moved our service date up and they were very detailed in accommodating our scheduling needs.

I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service I received from Ferguson Roofing. From the very beginning, I found your company’s communication to be lacking, with critical policies and procedures not being properly explained. This lack of transparency made the entire process confusing and frustrating.

Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed by the poor level of customer service. Attempts to get clear answers or timely responses were largely ignored, making me feel disregarded as a customer.

What is most concerning, however, is that rather than addressing my concerns professionally, I was met with threats of legal action. This is not only unacceptable, but deeply unprofessional, especially given the circumstances and my valid grievances.

As a customer, I expected better. I trusted Ferguson Roofing with an important project, and I feel that trust was completely misplaced. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no one should be treated the way I have been

Fairly priced. Took a while for them to start, but once they did they were fast and efficient. Very friendly staff. Excellent work. Appreciated the complimentary cooler after the service.

Please Llsten to me, I had Ferguson Roofing come out to put on a new roof November 20-21 2024, why is it still raining in my house? I called and left messages with the office, no response. But I was able to contact the guy Chris that wrote the contract, he was not able to help me. Because of their incompetent now I have to go through the snowy winter with a leaky roof. My next step is to post on Facebook, Tik-Tok and Instagram with videos.

Fifteen years ago, we trusted Ferguson Roofing to install the roof on our commercial building, and they did an outstanding job. When it was time for a replacement, we knew exactly who to call. Once again, Ferguson Roofing exceeded our expectations.

Our account representative, Doug Rains, was absolutely phenomenal. We had the unique challenge of needing to remove some 75-year-old equipment from the roof, and Ferguson handled it seamlessly. The new roof they installed is watertight, and I’m confident it will provide another 15 years of worry-free protection for our building.

Very disappointing work by a very cute team who spoke not a word of english and seemed to have no roofing training.

I've since been trying to get repairs made. Here's my latest note:

The melting snow dripped inside the back entry door and is leaving a mark on the beadboard ceiling to the back patio. That will likely need to be replaced and repainted.
I discovered that the workers somehow pulled out the left-side shutter on the front of the house. It is hanging in there now by the bottom two screws. It looks like it had some weight on it as the tapcon screws were pulled out and had been shoved back in making the hole larger and unable to grip the screw.
The falling roof debris left an ugly black mark on my outside kitchen window sill (street side). It scratched the paint on the windowsill as well. It had been painted just about eight days before the roofing group came out .
The garage edge is drooping a little more since the snow last week. It's not brittle but at some point there's sure to be breakage.

Second review: we were told we would have our metal work done in early May and we had someone drop off supplies and then never show up to install. After a few days, I called Ferguson and we were told that someone would be out shortly and it's been another week. We started this process with them in September 2024 and it is now May 2025, so I would say if you are in any hurry to get your roofing done I would ABSOLUTELY go with another company. They have been terrible at communication and have nothing done nothing to help us understand the actual timeline of completion. We are still looking at all the holes in our ceiling from when they did the roofing in December and find it increasingly frustrating to have to continue to wait on them.

ORIGINAL POST: The sales person was really great to work with and good at communicating. There was a delay in shingles arriving and this was not communicated to us, which was frustrating because it pushed our install date back a bit and I repeatedly checked in on the date with no updates. The roofers also put nails into the ceilings of a couple of our rooms that did not have attics above them, which was disappointing, but the crew was very nice and respectful.

The dreaded roof problem was handled so thoroughly and thoughtfully. All situations explained. We had animals entering our attic. I called many companies and Ferguson responded. I am so grateful.

We definitely needed a new roof. Contacting several different companies for estimates. Unfortunately the roof damage was from wear and not storm related, so home owners insurance wouldn't pay for it . Ferguson Roofing went out of their way to help us out and we love our new roof. So if you are in need of a good roofing company.... give Ferguson Roofing a call. You'll be happy you did.

Ferguson Roofing does not adhere to the contract. This company gladly accepts your down-payment, complete subpar work and demand full payment. My contract was signed in May 2024, and to date, Nov. 27, 2024 home dafacement, personal property not returned and repairs/replacement of work not complete. I have attempted to call and email this company on several occasions, and to no avail, I am stuck in limbo (totally being ignored). Currently, the Attorney General is investigating my issues.

Two years ago, I paid Ferguson Roofing to seal my chimney. It took a while to complete the job after giving them a deposit. Fast forward as of today, my chimney needs to be resealed and it was damage done to my basement bedroom after the recent storm. The exact area from two years ago! Ferguson Roofing stated that they no longer seal chimneys and it was no warranty on the work. Supposedly, they stopped sealing or tuckpointing in 2022? So, you took my money and completed a horrible job instead of just stating you no longer seal chimneys! Beware, they take your money and do a crappy job. Stay away.

Ferguson Roofing crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. They had to work in extremely windy and cold weather but managed to stay professional and cleaned up my property to my satisfaction! The company has a very excellent

The project manager, Chris Jezik, was great to work with. He listened to my issues and questions and explained everything that needed to be done in detail showing pictures of the visible issues with my roof. It was a pleasure working with him.

Ferguson Roofing did a great job for our home. They arrived on time and cleaned up when they were finished. We love our beautiful new roof.

I was able to get a quote no problem but since then I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to get my roof fixed. I have called many times and every time I call they say they will leave a message for the scheduling department and they will call me back. No one ever calls back. I have been trying since the end of August to get a hold of someone and have not been able to. Stay away from this company unless you don’t want to actually fix your roof.

He was very professional. Informed me what he was going to do. He inspected the roof. Told me he would contact me with more information via email. He did everything he spoke to me about.Grat customer service.

The Ferguson Roofing project manager Jeff Houran was professional and very respectful and explained everything about the work they would do. He showed me the different materials and provided me with options on my roofing needs. I really appreciated his respectful matter in talking to me. I can say this is a company I would recommend to my friends and family if they need a good contractor for their roofing needs. I feel that Ferguson Roofing is a very dependable and trusted company.

I contracted with Ferguson Roofing Company, located in St Louis, MO, to replace my roof and plywood decking in 2018. The roofers were hard working & efficient. I experienced good customer service/communication with office personnel. I also appreciate Ferguson Roofing Company's free roof inspections. Roof inspector, Chris Jezik, is very punctual, polite & informative. Two different roofing companies worked on my house prior to 2018, but Ferguson Roofing Company is the only one that I recommend.

Unfortunately I was forced to use Ferguson roofing through my HOA. An HOA in which Leann, one of the main managers at Ferguson, is also a member of the HOA, and is also responsible for the 2000lb branch the fell on my house and nearly killing my two boys. I have complaints, but we'll just start with what happened today. A country inspector told me Ferguson would need a permit, Leann told me in person a permit wasn't needed. In walks the country inspector who right away saw 3 broken trusses and that more than 25% of the roof was removed, which would require a permit. After confronting Leann, and after spending 3 weeks in a hotel, and having to pay a 4000 dollar deductable, she told me I was not suppose to be there. Leann endangered workers and my family. I'm also still waiting for pictures of the damage of the roof, and a phone call from the owner. Which I requested multiple times..

September 27 2021. After being told by a county inspector to higher an engineer to review Ferguson's work, an expert from Everroux Engineering found multiple cracked upper and lower trusses along with other repairs. The engineer also pointed out were Ferguson tried to repair trusses even though we were told by Ferguson there were no broken trusses..
I will now be filling reports with the BBB and Attorney General...
November 30th 2023. Finally finished repairs, and my roof is leaking..
December 2023, Ferguson roofing sent an employee unannounced to my home for repairs. Then the employee left without saying a word about what repairs were done or future repairs were needed..

Why not do it right the first time! Explain to the public why you did not do it right the first time!

Ferguson Roofing install siding on our house and they didn’t do a good job at all. We have siding that was caulked, if I go inside my attic you can see daylight. I’ve given them several opportunities to come out and fix it and as time goes on I constantly find different things. Guess they figured we wouldn’t investigate ourselves! ☹️

I saw the response from the owner you said you all have been in business 80 years, but pictures don’t lie.
