I’ve worked with a lot of roofing companies since June 2024, and Martin & Sons LLC was by far the best.

I had a leak coming into my office and kitchen, and they were quick to assess the problem and give me a solid solution. Communication was great the whole way through—they kept me updated and were easy to reach. They got the job done fast and efficiently.

There were some nails left around the yard afterward, but that’s pretty common with roofing work. Also, an oil stain showed up on the driveway from a delivery truck (not even their vehicle), but they still took care of it without any hassle.

Their pricing was very reasonable, and overall, I was really impressed. I’d definitely recommend Martin & Sons LLC to anyone needing roofing work.

It's really hard to say how pleased we are with our results! The siding on our home has made such a reversal to the appearance of the exterior of this home, it's amazing. 5 stars is not enough. Jeff and John have went above and beyond for me on several occasions. From Replacing my roof and taking care of all the big points but, also the small details. They don't settle for mediocre work. They make sure everything is done the proper way. Then working with me to have a couple old doors and a window replaced with a job done the correct way. Then, to smaller jobs that I have asked about. They are always prompt and through. They have a customer for life with me and, I can not recommend them enough. Just amazing company to work with. You will ALWAYS feel heard and taken care of.

Due to the recent high winds and storms, I was affected with minor damages that loosened and removed side panel(s) in the rear of my home. I called around to request a free estimate. I received a call back from John.

10/10 recommend doing business with this company, I just had 3 different crews come out and do work all three being extremely professional and helpful with any questions I had during the process. Jeff was my point of contact and was always helpful and willing to take my calls. I will definitely be using this company in the future and can’t recommend them enough!

Love the color change with new siding, workers fast, diligent and had an eye for detail, few glitches were quickly resolved, highly recommend this company, very easy to work with, calls were always returned promptly.

I reached out to Martin & Sons after experiencing water coming into our basement down the sewer stack during the heavy rain in our area last week. My shingle roof is 23 yrs old and I am also concerned about its condition with a couple hail storms we had earlier this year. Jeff came by to look things over and after inspecting the roof commented that it is on ok shape, and observed the boot of the flashing around the stack has deteriorated thus allowing water to trickle through. He generously and graciously applied some caulk/sealant on the boot, delaying the need for any further repair/replacement work in the short-term.

They were so great! Not only did they do a great job and job was completely done and cleaned up in about 5 hours, but John Martin (I think I have the right name) made sure we got all of our $ from the insurance company after the roof was done and helped us get quite a bit more $! By far "The BEST" ... Our roof was damaged in a storm. Jeff Martin came out and gave us an estimate ASAP. We decied to hold off and do a renovation to include the damaged roof, new roof area and our back patio. This company replaced my roof in the fall, and everything was great. The owner was great! Communication with this company and the owner was great as I corresponded with them via phone and email and always received a prompt, thorough response. The Martin brothers have honestly been one of the best if not the best contractors that we have ever worked with. Well over a year ago we got a quote for new windows. Even though we were unable to afford windows at that time Jeff took the time to explain the process and the different options and follow up with me. A year later we ordered our new windows and the process was seamless. Our installer, Keith, knew what he was doing and took pride in his work and made sure that we completely satisfied every step of the way. This is one company that we will absolutely use again.

This family owned business is wonderful!!! They came on a Saturday to get a shingle from my roof, and by that Tuesday i had a phone call saying i needed a new roof. They had to get approval from Florissant, and if you live in Florissant you know that they have stipulations about everything. even sent me an email with colors of shingles for me to pick out for the new roof. All this done in less than 3 weeks. Very pleasant on the phone. Explained everything to me. Step by step. Worked well with my insurance company. I am highly recommending Marting & Sons LLC for your new roof!! VERY professional, and great guys!!!!

Jeff Martin put a new roof on my home a couple of years ago and I really appreciated their thoroughness and attention to detail while installing my roof!!

Recently, I had some storm damage to my siding and selected Martin & Son's for the repairs. I worked with Jeff, who promptly responded to my inquiry and came out the next day to survey the project. I found Jeff to be very Professional, Experienced, Knowledgeable and Respectful. He listened to my ideas and offered input and affordable options on how best to address the repairs. The repair crew was excellent! The workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. We received services from Martin & Sons back in February. After receiving several bids from companies in the St. Louis County area, the Martin & Sons offer was the only one to include information regarding the permit process in the Florissant area. To us, this was a testament to their time doing business in our community. Our repair included a full roof and front gutter installation. When an issue arose with our roof on the day of installation (double decking, I believe), they called us immediately and continued to have excellent communication throughout the process.

Since the roof repair, there have been several rain and thunderstorms, even a tornado warning. The areas in our home that leaked prior to the repair been perfect and we are extremely happy with the results.

My house looks amazing! I am extremely pleased with the new roof and gutters. I had water leaking into one of my bedroom's so i called Martin and Sons. Jeff came out and did an inspection same day right before it rained and John was super easy to talk to when it came to the crew and how the work was going to get done. Both of them explained everything very well. Withen weeks I was looking at a brand new roof plus gutters and no more leak!! The crew was very fast with the shingles taking about 8 hours to complete the job and the gutters where done next day and look perfect. After reading all the great reviews and seeing how many people recommended Martin and Sons we decided to get a quote on siding and windows. Jeff was so great to work with and made our decision to go with them very easy. The entire install experience was just as easy. All of his team were also great to work with and did excellent work.

Part of my gutter was pulling away from the house - not a huge issue, but something that needed to be fixed. They were able to fit me in for the repair quickly. They showed up when they said they would, walked me through the repair and got to work. Quick and easy and now I don't have to worry that the gutter is going to fall off the house and become a bigger issue! Very happy with the response and the work! 100% would recommend! Thanks!!

You just can't go wrong with Martin & Sons LLC. They replaced my roof, fascia and gutters, even allowing me to purchase the fascia myself so I could prime and paint it to match the rest of the house before they hung it. We are so pleased with Martin and Sons! We had a complete roof install, new gutters, and some fascia. Their communication and scheduling process was great. The crew started at 6:15 a.m. and was finished by 1 p.m. The roof is beautiful and workmanship is top notch. Very hard working crew. I call to see if the could help me with a second opinion on a gutters issue that caused water damage to my Condo. My HOA was refusing to act on.
They we're very understanding and kinda enough to squeeze me in to a crazy time after we had recorded rains.

I can’t speak to the craftsmanship but I can speak to the generosity of this company. I called them with a question on something that they don’t even deal with on the exterior and he went out of his way to call his materials supplier and try to find me the parts for the crawlspace vents that I needed. This company appears to be a very honest company and if they were willing to do all that just for me, someone they don’t even know and they are not getting any business from I can only imagine what they would do for a paying customer. I would recommend this company purely based on the owners representation.

We hired Martin and Sons to re-roof our home in 2021. John and Marty were both just wonderful to work with. They worked with us to get us new decking, house venting, ridge venting, fascia, and the most perfect shingles! They even fixed a whole huge section that had a nasty squirrel nest in it. They were punctual, worked with our schedules, cleaned up thoroughly, and really took pride in their work and doing it well!

I can’t say enough about Martin and Sons! I highly recommend their services! We had them redo the roof on our house as well as the siding and roof on our garage. Our garage had a lot of structural issues. They replaced the wood and let me know what they were doing and why. They worked directly with the garage door company and made an entirely overwhelming process for me, completely stress free! We even had a crack in the siding (an accident made by the tree trimmer) that they came back out right away and replaced. They definitely didn’t need to come out and fix someone else’s mistake but they did! They were here when they said they would be. Kept in contact with me all through the process and left the area cleaner then when they found it! Great, great people and I will DEFINITELY use them again!

I hired Martin and Sons to install 30 windows and all new exterior doors and shutters. Windows are only as good as the installation and Brad did a fantastic job. I'm very particular and he did a wonderful job caulking, adjusting the windows and cleaning up. Greg and his son did a great job putting up my shutters as well as the trim around my front door. John bent over backwards to meet all of my expectations. His communication couldn't have been any better. The products used were top notch and John had better prices than my other 8 bids. I highly recommend them.

Martin & Sons is first rate. They make every effort to please their customers. They took the time to enlighten me about different shingle brands. I wanted a roof color (green) that is not common and they had their suppliers make a special trip for delivery. Their work is excellent. They clean up everything after completion.
