My wife's newer car (BMW) covered in tar and other roof particulate from their work. Even after washing car twice including with pressure washer still tar left behind. Trying to use clay bar to try to get tar off. No precautions to avoid damaging property. Looking online it appears there are requirements to avoid these type of situations e.g. HAR 11-60.1-33 states, "that no person shall cause or permit visible fugitive dust to become airborne without taking reasonable precautions, including the installation of dust screens or wind barriers around construction sites; essentially requiring contractors to implement dust control measures like barriers to prevent excessive dust emission during construction." Also, workers block neighbors driveway parking directly blocking exit/entry.

I’m very happy and fully satisfied with the work from FBC Roofing. I can’t be any more pleased with what they’ve done. Satisfaction guaranteed and can’t ask for anything better than FBC Roofing. From the very beginning to completing the roofing and painting of the inside of my parent's home. FBC was so professional and compassionate and went above and beyond what we hoped for. At first, my elderly parents received a letter from their insurance refusing to cover the cost of their roof, then a few months later, my parents received a non-renewal letter because of the claim that was denied. For almost 50 years, they had not once run a claim from their insurance but got denied and then a non-renewal. That's when we started calling around. FBC jumped in quickly, and although we could not go through insurance to get the roof fixed (the team at FBC), Preston, Nohili, Ahmad, James, and Azzie quickly did everything they could to help my parents get a new roof. What seemed impossible, God made possible by sending the team from FBC who cared enough to help my elderly parents fix their roofs, and the workers who came out did such an amazing job. They didn't just work; they did more than we could ask for. During this process, my father fell ill and was placed in the care home, while there, the team that was working on my parent's home noticed and offered to help paint a little extra. It's so rare to see companies with a heart to help, nowadays, companies want a quick buck, but FBC took it upon themselves to listen to our frustration and did such an exceptional job and not just the work; their heart to help was truly a blessing from God! Heads up. If you’re a little project and you want people to show up, know what they’re talking about, care and do it right, this is the company for you. You’re not an after-thought or a filler job. You have an issue, they will fix it. In Hawaii that is saying a lot.

We ran into issues with the take down of our solar (hot water & pool heater panels damaged in the take down process) and FBC stood behind there guarantee in making things right by covering the extra costs to make up for the damaged panels. You can ensure that they have your best interest in mind and are always striving to get the job done and get it done right with a satisfied customer. FBC Roofing is one of the best experiences I have had with a vendor. From the beginning until the completion of the roof and final payment, they worked together as a team to ensure clear and courteous communication. Tyler McCoy initiated a conversation with me about my roof. He was patient, a good listener and problem solver and ensured follow through. He did not give up on me, respectfully responded to my questions and concerns. He gave me to time to think and process what the roofing would involve and did not pressure me. I appreciated how he helped and supported me, not pressured me, throughout the entire process from beginning to end.

The team that did the roofing project was outstanding! They are the kind of team any business would want working for them. I knew ahead of time what was to happen and what was expected to ensure a safe project. Everything went like clockwork and they did a beautiful job. I receive many compliments about my roof. Best of all, they did an excellent job of picking up nails, cleaning up the rubbish, and removing the trash. It was also nice to see them enjoy working with each other. They were of all ages, helping each other. Older and more experienced ones helped to mentor the new and younger ones. The younger ones helped the older ones as needed. They also expressed they liked working for the company and really appreciated the owner. They felt respected, that profit was not the only priority for him, but the workers were important and appreciated.

Communication with the various office staff and support personnel was always friendly, responsive and timely. The team that did the job also had support personnel to check with the workers and with the house owner throughout the completion of the project.

The best job gets done by the people who are involved in the project. I wanted to do this review because I was so amazed by all of them and very pleased with my new roof.

A windstorm damaged and blew off a portion of my roof and needed repair/replacement. I am so glad I went with FBC Roofing for this job for the following reasons: My initial contact with FBC Roofing was with Michael Reynolds who came to inspect my roof. Michael was very professional and answered all questions I had about the project. Michael provided his e-mail address, cell phone number, and always provided an expedited answer to any inquiries. All appointments and work schedules were completed at the promised time. The installation crews were highly skilled experts and went above and beyond to ensure a quality job on installation and cleanup. Their staff is very knowledgeable about their products and can make recommendations. Brian the Project Manager for FBC Roofing continuously inspected the in process work to ensure everything was to FBC Roofing's high quality standards and also did a final inspection of the completed project. I had a great experience working with FBC Roofing. Michael Reynolds was super. He came to the home and walk us through their services and helped me a lot in working with my Insurance company. Once the scope of work and related cost and coverages were verified which included code upgrades, the process continued with selection of materials and color, etc.

The installation went very smoothly. The mainly Waianae Leeward coast boys worked well as a team and made sure to avoid obstacles such as the cable lines and everyone knew what they were doing. Any wood repairs were done nicely. They completed the roofing work in one day and cleaned up very well and made sure any waste was disposed of properly.

The roof looks great with no issues. I would highly recommend FBC Roofing for any roofing needs you may have.

As I reflect on my blessings this year, I cannot ignore how grateful I am for Mike Reynolds and the amazing team at FBC Roofing. All of 2022, my roof leaked when it rained. In December 2022, FBC Roofing renewed the roofs of my home, extended patio, and carport. I’m thankful Mike came by and gave me a quote. He’s easy to talk to and promptly followed up with the quote and all of my questions. FBC Roofing completed the big job in just 2 days. Whenever it rained this year, the inside of my home, patio, and carport remained dry and leak-free. They did an excellent job! ❤️☀️

FBC Roofing, representative Micheal Reynolds did an amazing job from start to finish. He came by my residence one evening and pitched how he would be able to get a new roof on my home and he would do all the leg work. At first, I was uncertain that he could make it happen because of past experiences I had someone pitch the same thing and made nothing happen. Micheal Reynolds is a young man of his word and he made every step of the way stress-free. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who is seeking a new Roof for their home.

We spend all our lives to save up to buy a house and when we do we expect those that come through to repair and help us turn a house to a home to understand the struggle of living especially in Hawaii! Some people just dont care thats FBC roofing.

2 years ago we had our roof replaced by FBC. We paid over $9k for quality work which is what I thought we were getting and to my surprise it was the total opposite! We had a leak in one of the bedrooms and when they came to inspect. They determined it was because of not sealing or caulking to the trim they replaced after they installed the flashing piece to the roof. After they caulk the bad area the leaking stopped. But now the damage was done.
They had someone come out and inspect the drywall and the owner wanted the drywall professional to just mud the damaged drywall, paint and it's done. But we wanted to make sure mold wasn't forming under the drywall so we told them to bust it open and what was there??? MOLD!!! We are glad we told them to open it up because now we can get rid of the mold and install new drywall. BUT THATS NOT ALL!!!
We found out that as they scrapped the old shingles from the old roof they punctured the and scrapped more than just the shingles as you can see in the pictures they scrapped the plywood that hold the shingles to the roof. The white sheet in the pictures is the felt paper they lay on the plywood before nailing in the roof shingles. So as you can see instead of replacing the plywood which we paid for, they decided to completely ignore it and nail the shingles to the felt paper without plywood under it. BUT WAIT THATS NOT ALL!!!
So after all that they are now saying they will not replace the plywood, they will not replace the insulation and they will not replace the drywall that was damaged by not installing the roof properly!
Months later the hole is still there because we have waited for them to come out and fix the problem but nothing. They have completely ghosted us and now we are deciding to move on fix this problem ourselves and go with another company! So my suggestion is DONT NOT USE FBC ROOFING THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS! The owner came out one time and never came back again! HES THE BIGGEST CROOK!!!

FBC is a quality company owned and operated by a good family who stand behind their work. I’ve worked with Dave for over 10 years on new install work (shingles, membrane and tile) and I’d use him again any day!

Estimate was quick and easy. Spoke with Owner about some ideas and he was willing to work with me. Scheduling was a little crazy with weather and my own activities pushing out the schedule. Day of install went super fast. Job was done in a professional manner and the crew was excellent. Crew walked around the house a few times looking for nails. Haven't found any stray nails any since they left. Small issue with the office after the job was done, but owner called and resolved it. Will use again!

When he got down we discussed what was wrong and what was needed with minimal cost to me. From that point on he was very diligent in making sure everything was great, from start to finish. Daniel C. took care of pretty much everything. Daniel also noted all the details to me beforehand so I knew what to expect. Roofers came in and ripped off the old and installed the new in one day. Cleaned up around the house (99.5% of it) as best they could which was good enough for me. My side yard was actually cleaner than before. I'll give them another call in 25 years when it's time for another replacement roof.

Ben Codero worked very hard to replace our roof with Fullmer Brothers Construction in good time. It was done fairly quickly and the clean up was remarkably great!
