I had a roofing concern that had the markings of being an ice dam. Zaine came out to my residence and inspected the shingles, the gutter and my heat tape installation. Zaine identified that the back top edge of the gutter was not under the drip edge which it needs to be. This resulted in the facia board to be exposed and a path for water to work it's way up under the shingles. Fortunately, it turned out to be nothing major. Zaine indicated that the gutter just needs to be reset so that the facia board is no longer exposed. I really appreciated Zaine's expert diagnosis and would certaintly reach out to him again for any future roofing issues.

Farris is an amazing company. I had water leaking into my kitchen and working with insurance and other companies to come out. Farris was prompt came out same day and looked at my roof. Offered some sealant for some of my vents that had some cracking at same time and took pictures sent those to me. Advised where the problem is coming from then offered to come back out and inspect after repairs and completed.

Didn’t think I was going to get a repair for 3-4 weeks. A job was post pines and Zaine called me right away and said he could come fix my roof today! Professional service and didn’t feel like just another customer. Will definitely be using Farris Roofing in the future!

We had a Leak in our roof which we didn't know about till after we bought our house. We felt very overwhelmed because every roofer we called said they were 2 months out. We called and explained our situation to Zaine, and he got to it in two weeks! He also called us with updates and sent us pictures and videos throughout the process. We feel so grateful that he got to it sooner than anyone else could (and we called about 8 other roofers). He also was easy to get a hold of and communicate with.
