Mark and team are a pleasure to work with! Mark helped insure that my family had the proper auto, home and life insurance. He wasn’t pushy and thoroughly explained several options for coverages that would benefit our situation. During the 1st round of the March storms, our roof was damaged. I contacted Mark, and informed him we had shingles in the yard. After Mark made a few phone calls, he had several contractors reach out to me (that same day) to help. Our roof was replaced promptly, and that is why we keep our business with Mark.

The agents and staff are so nice and helpful and take time to answer all questions and help...but...the rate increases every 6 months are getting ridiculous...but... that's not the agencies fault, it's Farmers.
