My family have been doing business with this company for decades. However when I bought my lake home, Mr. Graham refused to write a policy for it even though he was my agent for my cars.
He said several times "At the end of the day, I own this business and I can write a policy for who I want to and exclude who I want to.
Thankfully I talked to Flo. She had no problem insuring my home and cars plus I saved some money.
So, at the end of the day, Mr. Graham's obtuse attitude has cost him at least one customer.

My house flooded no more than 5 hours of water damage, but Servpro charged my insurance company over 40,000.00. I only owe 58,000 on my house. They paid this claim, no questions asked and my premiums did NOT go up. I've been with them for years and never had any problems.
