Customer service with Barry was as smooth as it gets. Replacing a roof is never an easy process but Family First and Barry made it as painless as it could possibly be. Everything was quoted quickly and done in a straightforward fashion. The actual roof replacement was done extremely efficiently as well.

These guys are really the greatest. I'm a new homeowner just trying to piece together my little disaster shack of a house and Family First was so incredibly helpful, understanding, patient, and accommodating to my budgetary restrictions. They did an absolutely beautiful job on my roof and despite the setback of having to replace every single board under the shingles, they finished the job in a day and a half. Barry was so communicative and helpful and kind and made sure to give me all the information I needed without making me feel stupid for being new to this whole thing! Thank you all so much!

Paul and his team did an excellent job from start to finish! He quoted us a fair price, and he was prompt to schedule our work. For some contractors, you need to constantly reach out to them, and they are booked out for a month before they can even see your home. Paul and Family First Exteriors were nothing like that! Our wood bay window is no longer rotting, and it’s wrapped with aluminum so further rot won’t happen again.

I had to give him the tile job bc he’s a family member, but I was so impressed with him and his company I have him the roof job that I needed done a few months later. My wife and her family loved the roof so much her family hired family first. Best roofs in the stl area

Working with Paul was a great experience. Very responsive and did so in a timely manner. Very easy process getting my roof replaced from start to finish. The hardest part was picking my shingle color. Highly recommend. Thanks Paul!

Mr. Mudd constantly dodges phone calls and makes false promises. Make sure all work is complete and inspected before paying. Absolute garbage human being. Actually pulled a bait and switch on me. Scheduled a front door installation after dodging my phone call for years and canceled the day before saying installation costs have gone up. Worst person I have ever dealt with. Stay away form this company at all costs

Family first exteriors did an exceptional job on my roof they were quick fast and very clean by the time I came home from work there was not a trace of them being there, just a brand new roof on my home thanks guys
