I could not be happier with my new flooring, but more than that, these folks bent over backwards to ensure I found exactly the color I was looking for as well as went over and beyond from beginning to end! I love this family owned company because Amy, Juan, Jenny and Jaime truly worked together like a well oiled machine and asked for my input every step of the way. These guys are totally turn key and do not charge extra for every little thing like most others do these days. And best of all is not only were they much more reasonably priced, they also took no shortcuts and instead did extra steps to ensure a perfectly installed floor that most others won't do. You will not regret hiring Family 4 Flooring!

I flip houses i have been using this guys for all my flooring painting and roofing need needless to say they do an amazing job and they go the extra mile. I highly recommend them on top of that they really care about there customers always going the extra mile and trying to save us money. Love them

Our floor was supposed to be white washed. They said they would use a clear water borne polyurethane and did not. Our floor came out with an amber glow that I wanted to avoid. The polyurethane also does not reach the edge on some parts of the floor.... thank you for the response below. I am unable to reply so I will reply here: Thank you. I requested Duraclear and double checked that was what would be used. But Duraseal Waterbased was used which says it gives the look of traditional oil based. I approved the stain without seeing the poly going over it. Once I saw the poly I mentioned it was supposed to be clear and the wrong one was used but I was told nothing could be done about that. The floor has tuned more amber over time. I did not see the part of the floor that had the missing stain until after the job was complete. I would appreciate someone coming to look and thank you for your response.

Extremely professional and helped give me advice on what flooring was best for my home and family. They installed unfinished flooring and showed me multiple samples of stains to make sure i would be happy with it.
