Falls Ace Hardware

The young gentleman at the counter was very helpful on a Saturday evening. New were to look for a belt that I needed.

Be aware that Ace hardware in Falls will not give you credit for expensive purchases. Apparently you must order them from Ace online even if the purchase is over $2,000 in order to get credit purchase points for the future items. So don't buy any of the expensive equipment they have in the building. If you don't want customer service appreciation. Must do it online like everything else these days. Why even have a local store?

They cut a Honda key and programmed it. This is a key that requires a lathe. I have had 4 keys cut here, and they always work. Not everyone can cut these. In fact, I had to stop back because the specially trained person was not in. It's a lot cheaper than the Honda Dealer and a lit less hassel.

Had sasperalla what we were looking for was at two other aces no luck in Oshkosh, Fond DU Lac but Sheboygan falls ace had some.

OK so normally I go to trillings over in Sheboygan this weekend from by the front of my enhancement. Go over to this location, and you guys rocket. You guys aren't close but I didn't enjoy my time there. And you guys very helpful in friendly? Thanks for being a part of sheboyak involves you guys

I always find what I need at Ace in Falls. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful with anything I might be looking for. I love the owner’s collection of vintage outboard motors. They’re for sale I believe.

If you need almost anything, you can usually find it here. Very well stocked and pricing seems fair to me. They are also there to help you with your questions and not like a big box store where you have beg for help

Went to get keys made. Walked in at 9:10. I was the only customer. One employee on the phone, I asked the other man if he could help me out getting keys made. He said I'll be right down. 12 min later no one. Walked up front, 1 guy still on phone, guy who said he'd be right down was watching TV. I asked what happened, he ignored me. I said this is horrible customer service to which he said- goodbye don't come back! No wonder the lot is empty on a Saturday morning. Typically a small town hardware store is the best at customer service. I often stop at the one in New Holstein and they are amazing!! Don't worry I won't be back!! I'm also a small business owner in the area to say I was shocked by this behavior is an understatement. The rude employee wasn't a kid either.

Dan was very helpful. He helped me decide what color to paint my chest, what paint to get and made sure that I knew to sand my dresser before I applied my new coat of paint. I will return for help with my next project. Thanks Dan, you're the man!

Went in for a chainsaw left with a chainsaw. The folks are helpful and friendly, I really love this store.

They are a great neighborhood hardware store that has about anything you may need prices and good and they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable

I choose to come here because the staff is knowledgeable and always around to help. Easy Peasy, in and out for any project! Usually I have an idea of what I need to get done and the staff always suggests ways to help make the project done correctly. One staff member even showed me how to use my brush to avoid bubbles when staining wood / using polyurethane. I didn't ask, she just shared her knowledge. I feel confident when I leave the store that I will be able to accomplish whatever I had in mind to create or fix. So far it's been a success! Today a gentleman helped me get what I needed to attach a tow toy to a tricycle.
