We had a great experience with B.E.S.T Pest Control Services in Sheboygan! Trish came out on Friday, July 25, to help us with an ant control issue. She was incredibly professional, performed a full exterior treatment, and gave us helpful tips to prevent future problems. We truly appreciated her thoroughness and advice, and we’re looking forward to continuing our services with B.E.S.T!

BEST pest control has gone over and beyond with our business pest needs and especially with our home pest needs. Work was done exceptional quick and complete. They answered all my questions and provided the service they quoted. I have had other services, but by far they are the BEST!

BEST pest is by far the best! They are prompt, very knowledgeable and courteous. I’ve had them come to our new home that had wasps nests everywhere. They knocked down all of them and sprayed all suspect area. We are on our 2nd year in this home and NO nests and very few ants. We see a wasp once in awhile, but they never hang around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’m on the Pest Plus Package with BEST Pest Control Services, and I just had my recent mosquito treatment—top notch as always! The technician was professional, quick, and thorough. I’ve definitely noticed fewer mosquitoes since starting this service, and it makes spending time in the yard so much better. Tamara was very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and inspected our problem thoroughly. She also explained what needed to be done in simple, clear terms, and even paused to chat with us about some other matters that were troubling for us.

Always happy with the service from B.E.S.T. We live in Plymouth and tried several pest control companies before finding them. They came highly recommended from others in our community. They have excellent communication before, during, and after each service. Punctuality is exceptional. Whether it is a technician or the owner herself providing our services, they always come with a smile and a good attitude.

I contacted BEST about a bat issue. They came to my residence and inspected. They outlined a process to solve the issue. I agreed and the process was two steps. Many months later in the following spring I had a visitor. A straggler that had been trapped inside. I contacted BEST and they came our for an inspection of their prior work. There were no issues. They are timely, professional, courteous and I would highly recommend them.

The folks at BEST Pest Control were very helpful with a persistent bedbug problem we had in a rental property. I believe that their method (chemical) is the most effective. I would be very happy to work with them again - but we're hoping we won't need to!

Our location is surrounded by fields, which makes mice issues a concern of itself. Add in our piles of straw we stock for the work we do, and our property is a rodent luxury hotel.

That was, of course, before we hired B.E.S.T.

Mice and rodent issues are a thing of the past on our property. We are beyond pleased with the results this company provides, and Trish has outstanding communication and is an absolute pleasure to work with!

B.E.S.T. was able to come the same day I called for bees and a crazy nest at the top of the garage, and that was all that was necessary. Great price and super responsive!

I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service of this company. It is near impossible to find amazing support. I have had issues with wasps in my fireplace for the last 2 years and called 2 or 3 other companies took my money and just stopped calling me back when I called countless times that the issue was not resolved... B.E.S.T Pest came over at least 5 times, tried several different tactics and didn't give up on me!! I think we finally pinpointed where they are getting in and they have pointed me in the right direction to get the issue fixed.

Called on Saturday, they came out on Sunday. There was a small upcharge for coming on the weekend, to be expected . Extremely knowledgeable, polite and personable. Will definitely call B.E.S.T. Pest Control again, if/when needed! Love to support small businesses whenever I can!

Extremely quick and efficient service for removing a large baldface hornets nest at our Fond du Lac East/Kettle Moraine KOA site.

From the first email I sent, requesting information about services to actual service delivery, I have been impressed! Very polite, kind and knowledgeable. Hailey has been wonderful in providing service updates, information and scheduling. Jason came for an exclusion inspection and was so kind and patient with my questions. So far, a great company to work with!

As the man of the house I have a hard time asking for help and am usually pretty adamant I can handle just about anything. To my wife's relief, I conceided that my extermination skills are pretty much useless beyond a mouse trap and brake parts cleaner. Noticed a heck of a wasp/hornet/yellow jacket problem in/near the soffit of my house that has only grown in the last week and laughed at anything I threw at it and usually left them more agitated than when I started. A call this afternoon to the professionals got my connected with Hailey who was extremely professional, friendly and diligent in collecting as much info about my issue as possible. She assured me she would reach out to a technician and would be in touch. Within 5 minutes she called me back to tell me help was on the way. When Tamera arrived, she quickly put my mind at ease, explaining to me the entire process of how they mitigate the issue, a timeframe of the process, what to expect, and the next steps i should take. She was helpful, professional, and overall good to work with. This is a stellar, local small business that I will for sure be calling in the future to deal with any pest needs I may have. Everything about our experience with B.E.S.T. Pest Control Services was great! They responded to my email inquiry very quickly, and set up an appointment for an evaluation at a time that was convenient for us. The evaluator was thorough, spending at least an hour to carefully inspect our areas of concern. He was also knowledgeable and very friendly. He answered all of our many questions, too! When he left we felt assured of his evaluation. I would use B.E.S.T. again (exclusively), and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

We contacted B.E.S.T for an in-ground wasp/hornet nest in our kids play area at our home in Sheboygan Falls. Rich arrived within 30 minutes and was extremely helpful. He explained the process, how it works, what the wasps/hornets would do, and things to keep an eye out for. After he took car of the wasps/hornets, he followed up and explained how it went.

We called BEST Pest Control for a very challenging ant problem (very unusual ants for this area). The owner and staff were both exceptionally polite, prioritized our service call, and called me during the initial evaluation to ensure that I approved the full recommended treatment. What really impressed me was that the owner consulted etymologists to confirm the type of ant this was and what the appropriate protocol would be. She also assured me that she'd do whatever was required to eliminate them, with a 60-day warranty at no extra cost. Color me impressed! B.E.S.T pest control really is the best at what they do. My house has been spider free since using them.( I really hate spiders)Very professional and never had any issues. Will continue to use their services. Highly recommend them to anyone not wanting to share their home with pests!

Last year jason wrapped my house with fiberglass barrier. No mice for me last winter. This year they're taking care of my mosquitoes. Can't wait to enjoy my yard in the evenings. They are the B.E.S.T.

My wife had concerns they didn't do the whole back deck on the first treatment. I was not home. This was the first year we used them. The second two treatments were spot on. I think they did a great job. They are great to work with. I will continue to use their service!

Jason was working on some exclusion repairs near our foundation and uncovered a large crack. He could have easily ignored and finished his work but he alerted me right away. Even though this will cause him to have to come back to finish the job.

The quality of the work was first class and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Jason and Trish were the best to work with as I dealt with a mouse problem in a new construction house. Jason was able to immediately see what the problems were with the foundation, and helped advocate and put the information together to get the problem fixed. The tool he uses for his inspections is easy to use, and very detailed.

We hired Jason to do the work to fix the exterior foundation siding ground breaker and have had 0 mice since the work was done.

Tried to get rid of a wasp nest for 1 year in my soffit. Thought I would need to have someone rip my house open. One application of their power at the entrance and all activity stopped. Price was modest compared to others I called.

We had mice that somehow got in our attic. B.E.S.T. did an amazing job finding the point of entry and did the repair needed to stop the mice from getting in. They also did a follow up service to be sure the problem was fixed! I completely recommend them if you get a pest problem! They are a complete service and made it so stress free for us!

Edited: I had a yellow jacket problem, Trish came out within ten minutes of the call, and sprayed!! I noticed the other side of the peak was active with yellow jackets, Trish came out the next day and sprayed. This is a company I would highly recommend!! They are on their “A game!”

I had a bee issue at my new home that I didn't know about until a few months after moving in. I was recommended to them from my inspector and placed a call on a Thursday afternoon. They were to my house shortly after to look at the area from the outside and then came back at 6 pm that night to take care of the issue. They also stopped by the following 2 days (including when I was out of town) to make sure they didn't see any bees flying around at least the outside area. They were absolutely incredible at texting back quickly (I mean, hello, who wants to wait long for a response when you have bees flying around and getting inside your house!) and giving me tips. They also offered to help me caulk the outside area up out of the kindness of their heart. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with any pest issues!

We spoke with Trish about our bee situation. She explained what needed to be done and the costs. She was very helpful and very straightforward. She came out took care of it the day after we decided to go ahead. We did have a few bees lingering and she came right back out. Fantastic company, and fantastic customer service. Definitely recommend.

Quick response time, doesn't charge for house call and finding their service unnecessary! But in the end, called a bit later to resolve an ant invasion.

I’ve been battling wasp around my home for 5-6 years had several big-name companies come out and year after year couldn’t enjoy my yard. The owners came out to my home and did what they do. I’m currently sitting outside with my kids enjoying a beautiful day soaking in the sunshine grilling out and not a single wasp. I’m extremely impressed I honestly thought about selling my home because of the wasp issues. Great value can’t thank them enough!!!!!!! 11/18/2022 Update still unbelievable quality and works can use my yard!!!!

Trish came out the same day I called, to get rid of a colony of bald faced hornets that were in a large nest about 20 feet high in our crab apple tree. She was on time, friendly, careful, precise, professional, & didn't leave until the wasps quit swarming & she knew they were killed. She even offered to come back the next day & do another treatment for free if we saw any activity around the hive. It would have been extremely difficult & dangerous for us to try to get rid of those hornets by ourselves. We are very happy with Trish's quick response and excellent service, & wouldn't hesitate to call B.E.S.T. Pest Control again for any future pest issues!

Great job on getting rid of bees getting into my house. Trish found how they were getting in and took care or the problem. Also gave me pointers on calking up areas so mice don’t get in. Had them back this year for spider and mosquito spraying. It’s been working great. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Trish responded and took care of the problem the same day I called. She is small town friendly, professional, and had everything she needed with her to take care of the issue in just 2 business days.

Trish and her husband did an excellent job. They came to my home and evaluated the problem. Since the problem was not as severe as I thought they didn't charge me for services I didn't need. I highly recommend them for any pest problems you have.
