Ethan was so great about detailing our options and how each would impact our final price/resale value/project timeline but just presented the information objectively for us to make the call. He was great about communicating when to expect what workers and was very considerate of our young family. From the beginning it felt like Ethan was making recommendations that he would’ve chosen for his own home because he really cared for us to be happy with our result. HIGHLY recommend, he has to be one of the most ethical and straight forward contractors in KY.
