Falcon Roofing - Pittsburg, KS

Extremely poor communication. Try to call the number and see if anyone answers. They installed my roof and I have had ridge cap foam blow off as well as they left a ton of nails, screws and flashing/gutter pieces in my beds. The gutters also leak. Their warranty is a joke. I highly recommend to avoid! When Jesse Williams left, they fell off a cliff.

I left 3 voicemails requesting an estimate and no response. 2 voicemails were left at their Pittsburg, KS number and one was left at their Independence, KS number. I waited a whole week for a response. No response. A customer shouldn't have to leave 3 voicemails.
After no response I left them a message on their website. They responded with a phone call. Finally! The gentleman, named Jessie, assured me he would go to property, assess the roof and get me an estimate. That was a week ago and still no estimate. Even if I receive the estimate today it doesn't matter at this point because it's now too little too late. They've wasted enough of my time. Very unprofessional!
I tried giving them my business/money bit it seems their business is doing so great that they don't need my money. I'm not even worth their time!
Reputation is an extremely important part of running a business but it seems they don't care about their reputation. Ignoring your customers is a HORRIBLE way to run a business.
As it stands now, all of my hard earned money will be going to John Cotten roofing in Joplin. At least he answered his phone and followed through with an estimate. Way to go Falcon roofing!

As a local insurance agent, it's hard to find reliable contractors but I've referred them to several of my clients & they have always treated them with respect & completed their work in a timely fashion. This is my go to roofers when I or my clients need work done.
