We hired Exteriors Unlimited to replace a roof damaged due to a powerful storm. The storm caused a tree to smash through our roof. Chad recognized the urgency for the roof to be replaced as soon as possible. He did everything he could to make sure his team was available quickly. Once at our house, Exteriors Unlimited was professional, made sure the roof was installed perfectly and clean up was meticulous. We did speak with other roofing companies, but Exteriors Unlimited, was the most honest and fair. The end result was quality work.

We were very happy with Exteriors Unlimited. We received 4 quotes on our roof from other companies. Chad from Exteriors Unlimited came over. He was very professional. We liked that he worked with a finance company. The finance companies interest rate was better than a home equity loan. Also, we found out that we had mold in our attic. Chad also works with a gentleman that cleans mold in attics.
Our roof was replaced in one day. The clean up was awesome.

Considerate of our need to turn a rental unit quickly, Chad's team fit us in to their already full schedule. They arrived on time and repaired structural damage inside and out due to water ingress, replaced and installed new doors, completed painting and flooring - all in one day! I got estimates from 4 roofers, all with 5 star reviews online. All seemed very reputable in their own right and Chad from Exteriors Unlimited was not my original first choice. But, he was willing to match my best price (Apples to Apples) and did soooo much more to win my business.
I had roof leaks that had created black mold in my house. Other roofers sympathized with my situation but Chad was the only guy who said, I can get to you right away. When I asked why he said, "Because I've never had another customer complain that their project had to wait a few days because I was trying to fit in a job for someone who was dealing with active water damage". Wow!
It didn't stop there, Chad had a fantastic recommendation on a mold mitigation service that was so much better than the services I'd gotten estimates from. And, he was willing to help me finance the whole project (roof and mold) at an incredibly low interest rate (3x's better than the lowest rate of any other roofer's offer).
When Chad's crew came out to do the roof, there was rot in some of the siding and trim boards. No problem! Chad's roofing crew are also experts in siding and took care of both problems at the same time and at very reasonable additional cost. And, they were willing to wait until the roof was done before putting up the siding which gave me time to paint the siding in advance of installation. Made really quick work of what would have been a much bigger project.
Adding to all this flexibility was a great job overall job on the roof itself. Materials, coverage and workmanship were all performed exactly by the book which is necessary to maintain my roof warranty.
There was one miscommunication where the roofers didn't remember to widened the ridge vent a little. It was an honest mistake by the roofers, not Chad. But, Chad was ready to rip up the new ridge line, make the cut, and restore it at his own expense. No questions asked. As it was more a nicety than a requirement and I found another way to resolve my ridge concerns, I told him not to bother.
I am 100% satisfied with my new roof, siding and trim. I can see Chad is investing a lot into his business and is trying to pass along the savings to his customers.
I learned from getting 4 estimates that roofers want very highly scoped jobs with little wiggle room. But homeowners like myself sometimes need a little flexibility as well. Chad is your man. He will work with you and your budget while also giving you the same top notch workmanship as any of his competitors. Couldn't be happier.

We had our roof done by Chad and his team on our 5000sf house. This was a reasonably big job and everything about the job was excellent. The price was fair, the work was done extremely well, the crew was neat and professional and when they finished up my roof looked fantastic. Exteriors Unlimited was, by far, the best price after getting a total of FIVE quotes from Home Advisor recommended roofers. Another neighbor who only moved in about one year ago used them. We've been in Nashua for 20 years. The work was very good and the clean up was exceptional. Our eagle eye 12 yes old grandson could not find a single nail or piece of rubbish. They were efficient, as well, installing a new asphalt GAF shingle roof in 8-1/2 hours (9 hrs w lunch break). Same terms as the other 4 quotes, with the best price. HIGHL RECOMMEND!!!

Great work. High quality. Chad and team demo’d two sets of exterior stairs and replaced them with beautiful composite stairs/decking. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments from my neighbors.

Exteriors unlimited removed all our cedar siding, installed amazing quality siding on our home! They replaced 4 floor to ceiling windows, 4 sky lights, and exterior basement door. They did it quickly and professionally! They addressed al my questions and concerns and have such an amazing group of workers!
