Having you do the kitchen and bathrooms and painting was great.
The quality and finishes are better than I could have imagined.
They did a great job and stayed within the timeframe they stated.
Crew arrived bright and early and whipped out the house and detached garage all in one day with NO MESS left behind.
KBS was great to work with on our covered patio.

All around one of the absolute worst services I have ever received.

Were nothing but trouble whilst working on a bathroom. Took them more than 2-3-4 weeks with no set day to finally come out and start, ordered wrong parts, put holes in the wall, worked all of a few hours (maybe 2-3) a day on the bathroom. All around one of the absolute worst services I have ever received for a highway robbery price. It is surprising they receive business the way they’ve handled this job. Would recommend not seeking them out for your needs.

Just would like to say it was great partnering with you guys on the new build. It was amazing how knowledgeable you guys are with interior and exterior. Having you do the kitchen and bathrooms and painting was great. Also making the outside look great with the roofing and the siding was great. I hope that we can merge again on a build. Thank you KBS

I hired KBS to remodel my bathroom and update my deck. We made a few changes along they way and it took a little longer than I originally expected but it was well work the wait. Emma really nailed the details. The quality and finishes are better than I could have imagined. Thank you!

KBS was great to work with on our covered patio. Dane was very responsive to all of our questions along the way, and there were plenty! While they were doing our patio cover, they jumped in to replace our roof and siding after a hail storm. The projects were done efficiently with great craftsmanship at the same time. We cannot recommend KBS enough.

I had these guys do my roof gutters and siding and one window for and insurance claim and they did amazing they worked well with me and my insurance company. They actually dig deep and took it serious found additional things. The insurance company agreed and they got it done right and on time and it looks amazing. Thank you guys for the whole easy process made us nervous being it’s our first home.

I called KBS because Rick seemed sincere in his commercials. I had him come to my house for siding replacement. He said he’d have the estimate to me in a few days. It’s been three weeks, no estimate and he won’t return calls or messages. I really thought KBS was different but apparently not.
