Exterior Solutions - East Wenatchee, WA

I ordered a window and was told it would take up to 3 weeks to receive. A month later I called to see where my window was. I was told that it had not been ordered. When I asked why not, I was told that they did their part by submitting the invoice. Apparently, the company on the other end did not get the invoice. When I asked why no one followed up or confirmed, I got the runaround. They ordered another window and i had to wait another week or so. Very frustrating when you are in the middle of a remodel and you have to leave a giant hole in your house for almost 2 months. They never took responsibility for their mistake and did not offer any discount or way to make up for their mistake.

We’ve used Craig for 2 of our homes and we are happy with everything. Customer service, prices and delivery service. Can’t beat it!!

Very poor experience with this company. Purchased a new front door from them last fall. I was concerned about the possible malfunction of one of the door's features ( blinds between the glass panes). I asked about that specifically, and was assured it was an easy repair simply by removing the internal pane. As it turns out, this was a lie.

The blinds malfunctioned. We called repeatedly about this and each time were told that the door manufacture rep would contact us. Several more lies. After about the 4th or 5th call, the rep did finally contact us to come look at the door. He looked at the malfunctioning blinds, said "Huh, I've never seen that before", and left. That was a few months ago and we haven't heard anything since from either the rep or Exterior Solutions.

I'd rate them at 0, but that isn't an option so they get a 1 by default.
