My insurance company estimated hail damages for a very small amount and never even got on the roof. Michael helped me by working directly with the insurance company and made it easy. Michael pointed out the roof had way more damage than insurance acknowledged and got us the money from insurance for a whole new roof. If I would’ve handled it myself, I would’ve settled for what benefited the insurance company and left the house with roof damage. They were extremely professional and provided high quality work. They always did what the promised to do. Very happy and I highly recommend!

I got quotations from 9 different contractors and Billy was the most courteous of the Contractor sales Managers. He arrived ahead of schedule. Inspected my roof and patiently explained different roofing materials, I accepted the quotation we set a date, workers arrived at 7am with materials and state of art equipment. The skilled workers moved with military precision replacing my old roof with a new roof in 8 hours. Attention to detail and exactly as agreed. They cleaned up all the debris. I am impressed and so are my neighbors.

Attention to detail, craftsmanship, professionalism and QUALITY roofing materials is what they used to install my new roofing system. The crew of installation technicians, lead by Marco, arrived on time and worked almost nonstop (except for a brief lunch break) working on my roof from 7:30 am until completion (to include cleaning up) by 5:45 pm. It was absolutely an honor and refreshing, to watch the crew of installer's use teamwork and attention to detail, while applying their technical skills to create such a gorgeous roof, (and at an incredibly reasonable price). I ordered windows and siding in beginning of May. At that time I was told windows were 5weeks out. At 5 weeks I called the office and was told they would let me know when they’re available. It is now 16 weeks and they are not any closer to telling me When they will be here!

I recently had my rood replaced on my home and i had been scammed 2 times before from private contractors so i was leary.I contacted Exterior pro builders and from the office manager(Kelly)to the salesman(Michael) i was treated with respect and they were truly proffesional.The installers showed up on time and assembled all their equipment stripped the roof and as soon as they finished the truck with all the supplies arrived he unloaded everything and he left.These men all worked together like clockwork.These gentlemen hardly took a break all day and the home had to have 16 pieces of plywood replaced and the whole roof reshingled and they were done by 4 pm the same day.The gentleman made sure they left no garbage in my yard and actually had a large magnet on a cart that they ran over my yard 4 times to make sure they hadnt missed anything.If you are looking for a reputable company Exterior Pro Builder is the company to hire.Having them do my roof was the best thing i have done.

The staff at Exterior Pro Builders were a pleasure to deal with. Starting with Michael K who came out and assessed the storm damage to my roof and worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I was made whole again. We set up a date for the new roof to be installed, Marco and his crew arrived and did a total tear off and install of my new roof in ONE day. The crew was great and the clean up was amazing. Great job guys.

exceptional quality work Professional workers and lots of attention paid to detail - Clean up was professionally taken care of by them. Not a blade of grass was out of place when they left We will call on them again.

Nice work. Only issue was different crews to perform different repairs. There were some language barriers and no oversight to smooth out issues which arose out of confusion as to how work was to be done. Overall did a nice job once the issues were straightened out but an on the site person in charge would have been helpful.

Very happy with the quality of work that was done at our house. Our siding had come loose and needed repair. The work was done in a timely manner and I would hire them again.
