I’m a real estate investor. I needed a new roof on a two story home and was referred to Exterior Plus. In every way the Exterior Plus team EXCEEDED my expectations. Communication was exceptional every step of the way. The production manager contacted me daily. Sometimes three times a day when the project was in full swing. The installation of the new roof is flawless. The roofers picked up after themselves and left the property tidy. All of the workers were friendly and respectful. You can see from the photo below that this new roof makes the house stand proud. Many of the neighbors have already commented on the new look. I’m sure that the new owner is going to love it as much as I do.

We felt that this company took special care to meet our needs… even coming to our home to stop emergency leaks (as it was raining) before we agreed to hire them, answering every question, and fixing every problem we found. The job was completed in a most timely manner. We have great confidence in their work and would highly recommend them.

This company was referred to me by my insurance company. After explaining my situation he began to pressure me to use them before even inspecting the roof. When I told Taylor Thompson no he proceeded to tell me that he didnt want to work with me and hung up. If that is how they act on the first call, no chance I touch them with a 10 foot pole.

These contractors did over 20k of work for me for complete siding painting, gutter, and roof replacement. This includes all the damage repairs to the house too. They did a fantastic job! They are excellent with communication, very quick and a life saver when it comes to arguing with insurance companies. It is funny that I spent a whole weekend calling contractors and no one in the phx valley would do siding except exterior +? I am grateful they are around as they also caught unseen storm roof damage. Don't waste your time trying to find a cheap contractor that don't exist in phoenix because if you find one, you will probably have to call exterior + to get it fixed again. You get what you pay for and believe me, you will be happy to call these contractors from the start. I would post 10 stars if I could.

If you need roof work, contact Exterior Plus for an estimate. They are fair and easy to work with. They coordinated the timing with our solar panel company, and got the work done quickly and completely. In our case they weren't able to get insurance to pay, but they worked hard to try.

I am a picky customer who asks a lot of questions and tracks the details, and I recommend Exterior Plus. Exterior Plus replaced our roof, soffits, and fascia, and added gutters. I struggled to find someone willing to replace the soffits and fascia and received pricey estimates for plywood and OSB. Exterior Plus suggested Hardie board, which felt like a much better option. Their gutter estimate was very reasonable. To have all of the work done by the same company was ideal, especially as everyone was friendly, patient, and more than responsive to my questions and concerns.

Outstanding customer service, excellent, high-quality products! They were very professional and responsive to all our questions, and did an outstanding job of the total roof installation and all associated repairs! They did a super job of clean-up and were really efficient with each step of the installation. They were also very timely and kept us informed of when the product would be delivered and installed. Their sales associate, Nikki, was very, very helpful while guiding us through the whole process and explaining everything that would be done. Their cost was in-line with other roofing work being done in our area. We highly recommend this company if you are looking for a quality job!

Great company to work with. Employees respected our time and property. Highly recommend! Recent high winds and rain put their work to the test and of course, no leaks!! Love our new roof Some problem areas were fixed and they even cut back an Eve to make parking the RV easier.

Please beware! If you have never been through the insurance/repair process, this company will take advantage of you. Rather than providing estimates for each area needing repair, they will take your insurance proceeds and make their invoice match even if the work is not complete or an alternative repair method was agreed upon. Throughout the two-month repair process, I repeatedly asked for an itemized estimate and did not receive one. Regarding the quality of their work, just take a look at the attached picture. This is the result of them repairing the skirting on my mobile home after storm damage.

Brian and Taylor both impressed me from the first meeting. They were knowledgeable, reliable, and very personable. The communication was easy and they delivered everything they said they would. The crew worked quickly and were neat and tidy, and did an excellent job on the new roof. I would easily recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or repairs. In fact, I already have and am looking forward to working with them on other home projects in the future. These guys are great!

Myself and a couple neighbors attempted to use this company to repair some recent hail damage. I personally had 4 missed appointments between Taylor and Bryan without any notification. After two months trying to get the repairs done they simply stopped all communications and myself and my neighbors could no longer get ahold of anyone. I would avoid this company if you can, our experience was not great.

I remain totally impressed with all the members of Exterior Plus Roofing. (And I have used them on 5 properties.) Every step of the process was explained and they were able to help me work through the process with my insurance company.  The consultants and the work crews were equally professional, courteous and efficient. Taylor worked really hard to get the new roof approved with my insurance. I went from a foam roof to a nice new asphalt shingle roof that looks beautiful on my modern home. They were incredibly hard working.
