Exterior Experts of Michigan took the time to talk about new siding, sizes available, new porch ceiling and columns and determine the look we were interested in. They also went over installation of the new siding/soffits, improvements to the air flow in the attic, and house wrap options. There were no pressure sales, just providing information for us to make the decision. We decided to move forward with the installation and the improvements to the house are amazing. We love the new porch look and new columns that they designed for us! We keep getting compliments from our neighbors.

Just had our roof replaced by Exterior Experts of Michigan. It was a great company to deal with. Adam came out, looked over the job, and gave us an estimate right away. We were getting several estimates and weren’t ready to make a decision immediately. He had no problem with that. No gimmicky “let me call the office and see if I can get you a better price if you sign today” game. He understood and gave us his card. Answered our questions, showed pictures of prior jobs…. no pressure tactics at all!
When we made our decision he came out with full samples so we could choose the color. Told us when the dumpster would be delivered, when the shingles would arrive and when the crew would be on site. The crew was fantastic. You could tell they’ve worked together for a while. Everyone did their job and were very respectful of our property. The job was completed in less than a day and our property cleaned up satisfactorily. We highly recommend this company

We try and use local companies with jobs we need and Exterior Experts didn’t disappoint. We had them do some vinyl siding on our barn. They did a great job for a price that far beat out other quotes we received.

Adam and his crew were fantastic to work with. We met with 3 roofing companies before ultimately choosing Exterior Experts, who admittedly, were not the cheapest price BUT we felt the best about their passion for what they do, their work ethic and their product in the long run.

Adam was patient as we took our time to decide, his crew did a great job cleaning up the mess of stripping and old roof and arrived and left when they said they would. We had to have them come back as there was a small forgotten step, but was not an issue at all. No questions asked. Easily completed.

I chose to work with Exterior Experts of Michigan for an unusual siding project on my home. The project required adding ridged foam insulation below new siding. After install, data's collected to show efficiency improvements.

Finding a reputable company that would participate in the project and take on the extracurricular requirements proved to be difficult. That is until I linked up with Adam T of EEOM. Adam is very knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. He went above and beyond helping with the project, participating in meetings, catering to photographers and other parties involved. I do most of my home work myself and I was installing a sliding door but I have never removed/installed siding and j-channel before. I called exterior experts asking if someone could come out just for a "consult" and show me how it's removed and re-installed. They were more than accommodating and contacted me a day later when they had someone in my area. Kurt came out and showed me everything I needed to know. He was both knowledgeable and helpful. Should I ever need any siding work in the future they will be my first call.

I came home to leaking ceiling windows… it was bad… I called Exterior Experts of Michigan thinking at best I’ll get a quote and help maybe tarping my leaks I thought were going to ruin my house. It was busy season for construction and I was grasping at straws…. The NEXT day I had someone at my house and work began almost immediately. The work was excellent and the timing was amazing. The price was not what it should have or could have been with my panic. The price was fair, the work was excellent and my roof problems never returned. I highly recommend this company!

Their prices were excellent, the product was high quality (CertainTeed) and he didn't try and up-sale us for things we didn't need (like some of the other companies I got quotes from). Adam was very responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Product lead times were pretty long but that isn't something they have control of. I'll likely be using them when we decide to tackle the windows.

The crew showed up early and worked late to finish the job in two days. The roof looks great. The crew cleaned up very well when they were finished. I highly recommend them if you need a new roof. I also had the company come back and install new gutters with gutter guards. They did a great job with that also

The last thing most homeowners want to spend reno dollars on is a new roof. But when that time comes, come here! First and foremost, my bet is that Adam will beat your other quotes by several thousand dollars. But when the asphalt meets the roof, he will continue to deliver. I'm beyond pleased with the timeliness of the project, Adam's integrity and willingness to work with the homeowner, and the cleanup afterwards. In this day and age, there should be an extra star awarded for delivering on time and honesty. It is so rare! Here you get both. Six stars from me!

After a recent storm damaged our pole barn roof, I contacted several companies to take a look at our roof and provide us with an estimate to repair. This company was the only one who took the time to respond. They came out immediately and provided us with both a full description of the damage and required repairs, along with before and after photos of our roof. They repaired our roof on the spot and the price was very reasonable for the work they had to do. They even replaced a few pieces of siding that had blown off of our house at no additional charge.

My husband and I had Adam come out to our house to fix a leak that was coming down into our bedroom. He was able to figure out that the flashing around the chimney needed to be replaced and fixed it in no time. He was on time and very friendly, so the always scary thought of getting your roof fixed went very fast and easy.

I got several quotes for a new roof installation. Exterior Experts was, by far, the best price for the best work. Two other companies wanted to charge me extra to do my garage. They also wanted to charge me to replace/repair a flat section of roofing. When Exterior Experts' owner, Adam came to give a quote, I asked him about that section. He said it was perfectly fine and no need to repair/replace. Such honesty is quite refreshing. We have a great new roof, watertight, and even after the installation, Adam has given valuable advice on a couple of repairs we needed--and even climbed a ladder and personally repaired issues, that weren't even related to the roof. I can't recommend this company and their service highly enough!

A great company! They showed up on time (early actually), worked all day and then came back the next day to finish up. The roof looks great and with the new gutters and gutter guards, we're ready for our Spring rain. The crew kept a clean work space although we did find many nails after they were finished; not easy to find them all. The crew was knowledgeable and explained everything about the process. What an awesome company, We recently sold our 16,000 foot waarehouse with a 20 year old roof on it in Sterling Heights. We had a few leaks in the roof and feared the worst. They have a guy named Adam come out and he got on the 18 foot roof and did a free inspection for us. Adam found a tree growing in the rocks on the roof that had to come from our neighbors 80 foot tree. He patched the roof after he pulled out the tree and took care of 3 leaks for less than a $1000, Only wish I knew him sooner because we paid several thousand dollars to a big named Macomb county roofing company a few years earlier,

Adam, has been out to our home several time for roof leaks, falling gutters, flashing repairs. He is always prompt, professional, and fair pricing. A great experience.

Adam and his roofing crew had done a great job to my house. He prompted to call me on Sunday after I found a water damage on the roof between one of roof valley and chimney that lead to a water leak into one of bed rooms on Saturday. He showed up on next Monday, gave me a quote right on the roof after reviewed the condition of the roof. I signed his e-quote after his explained to me what he would do to roof. On Tuesday morning, the dumpster arrived around 8AM, his 5 men roofing crew showed up before 8:30AM, worked methodically thru whole day: tearing down two layers of old singles, replacing rutted board, replacing the whole roof singles, vents and chimney flashing, cleaning up, packed and took off by 5PM and left me with a new roof. It was a great experience: clean job, hassle free, I definitely recommend the company to everyone.

Adam and his team were sub contracted by my builder on my new house. Even though the builder didn't pay them in full and didn't follow through on his end when I had a few issues with my siding i contacted them directly and they warrantied it without question and came out on two return trips to make it right. They were honest and did the right thing. That's hard to come by these days and I highly recommend them.
