I had Exterior Design Solutions replace the roof and siding on my house and garage due to hail damage. All of the work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Paul was very easy to work with and monitored the project from start to finish.
I was so pleased with the work that was done, that after I sold that property and moved to my new house, I hired them to remodel the master bathroom shower. The tile work is beautifully done. I couldn't be happier with the work that Kenny did. Very clean n professional. Again, thank you Paul for a great experience with Exterior Design Solutions.

This is a storm chasing company. The roof they did for us was very poorly installed. Even left damage to the siding of our house. Had another local roofer confirm that it was very subpar work. Owner has zero customer service skills. The one star I'm giving is very generous.

The roof of my home and garage were damaged in a hail storm in the summer of 2022. When I contacted Exterior Design Solutions they were here within a day to assess the damage.They were easy to work with and explained the process and completed the work in a timely fashion. They protected all my flowers and shrubs and left the place very tidy. I would highly recommend this business.

Exterior Design Solutions replaced my asphalt shingle roof from hail damage and did a great job from start to finish. I was pleased with everyone at the company. They were prompt with calls and withcompleting the repair. Clint came to the house for the estimate and was refreshingly honest. Another roof company implied I would "most likely" need the plywood base replaced, which I knew was not true. Clint was able to confirm there were NO signs of water damage nor any other indications the plywood deck was not solid. This was confirmed during repair. Clint suggested a color change on the drip edge that defined the roof edge better and I am glad I took his advice. The owner, Howard, was very kind and helpful with questions I had on the estimate when I contacted him ...on a SUNDAY!!! The workers were all very pleasant and professional. My family and I called multiple multiple companies to come get us a quote on some home renovation projects we were doing, and only 3 cared enough to call us back. Out of those 3, we gave Mike a call. He not only showed up, was professional, was on time, gave us a great quote (with a high quality product) and made the entire experience better. I can not recommend them enough. I was very skeptical, as other contractors have been very difficult to deal with. Not in this case! If you have to wait for their service, I would recommend waiting. We hired Exterior Design Solutions last fall to replace the siding on our house and garage. We had a different vision by combining white Smartside composite siding with galvalume metal on the house. So we were looking for someone with experience in combining both materials. From the onset Howard, the owner, was very professional, thorough and detail oriented, exactly what we were looking for. He instantly gave us a sense of confidence that they could fulfill our vision and do a good job. We have worked with many different crews over the years, but never one that was so professional, conscientious, detail oriented and fun to be around. Totally a trustworthy group to have at your home. The end result is a house that looks brand new. We are very pleased with the finished product. We would recommend them to anyone. In fact we are now having them quote on replacing our roof.

We worked with Exterior Design Solutions on the repairs to our home from an August 2019 hail storm. The repairs included siding, windows, decks, gutters, garage door and lighting. Mike and Howard were awesome to work with. Mike was constantly on top of the project and his customer service was top notch. Howard was awesome in his advice on all the decisions we had to make from materials to colors. The guys they had do the work were all top notch and experts in their areas. We could not be more happy with the work they did.

Mike was great to work with throughout the process of replacing roof and siding after hail in august 2019. Whenever we had questions about any of the process mike was wonderful, promptly getting back to us. Also, the house looks great!

My husband and I were very pleased with the work done by Mike and the crew from Exterior Designs! Mike worked with our insurance company and when all was said and done we pretty much had a new house! The house looks amazing and we highly recommend Mike and Exterior Designs.

Howard was a very nice guy, made things easy. Our siding guy was nice. Very family oriented. I was impressed, they even went above and beyond and I now have a working porch light.

Great customer service from start to finish! Installed roof, gutters, soffit and fascia. Mike communicated every step of the way and calls were always promptly and professionally returned. Each part of the project was done in the time promised. I also liked everyone that was onsite working including all sub-contractors. Overall they work with a good group of people. I plan to work with them again in the future.

I didn't have any work done by these guys but when I called the secretary had no idea how far out they where on actual repairs. She said "they don't tell me that stuff". Seems like a poor way to run a business. I guess they have someone come out to do a estimate then tell you when they can get to you. Why would I waste hours that I could be working just to risk them saying something like "8 months" out on your roof repair?

Updated review: Howard (owner) was originally great to work with, his team installed an egress window for me. It took a little longer than they said it would, but what construction doesn't. The team cleaned up after the job, which is better than some contractors out there!

Shortly after this job was completed, Billings had a bad hail storm and Howard contacted me to assist with an insurance claim for new siding. Unfortunately, he charged too much for insurance to approve. He then ghosted me and never contacted me again to tell me he was refusing the job. That was disappointing.

Prompt service, excellent customer service, great communication over little things that came up, clean up on site every day was thorough and complete. Will hire again!

Earlier this month I was in a difficult position… Our home sustained some roof damage to our new roof which was installed in 2016. When I called the company who installed it to repair, I was always promised a call back “tomorrow.” After repeated calls to that company I started calling several other roofers in town and was forced to leave messages (none of them ever did call me back). Luckily, I called Howard at Exterior Design Solutions who answered the phone immediately (after 6pm) and scheduled a meeting with me the next day. The meeting was fantastic. Howard was able to provide a quote to repair my roof and gutter damage as well as schedule a time with me to ensure that I avoided any further damage to my home. The roofers and gutter replacement folks showed up when promised and did a fantastic job at an incredibly fair price. Howard and his team truly understand what it takes to create repeat customers and he certainly has done that with me. Very highly recommended.

I had extensive work done by Howard's crews including roof replacement, siding replacement, four new windows installed, new gutters, a new storm door, added blown-in insulation and all related trim work. All work was done to the highest standard and all work was discussed with me before being started. There were no surprises and I was very pleased with all aspects of the work including the complete daily clean up of the work areas and yard. The guys were fun to be around and very professional. I would use Exterior Design Solutions again with no hesitation. References were supplied before I signed a contract.

First, Howard helped us file an insurance claim and he worked with the adjuster. We decided to do both interior and exterior work. The crew took a tired old house and made it beautiful. All of the work exceeded our expectations. The crew (Goyo, Luke, Adam, Jose, Shylo) was a pleasure to work with. They are all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They really worked with to be sure they knew what we wanted but they were not afraid to offer helpful suggestions to us. They insured they weren’t just making cosmetic changes and made sure things were done properly from the “ground up.” Howard and the crew made sure the subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete) met the same high standards that Exterior Design Solutions hold themselves to. There is nothing that we would do differently.
