I can't say enough good things about this company! From start to finish, they were absolutely top-notch. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process - they kept me informed every step of the way and promptly answered any questions I had.
They showed up exactly when thay said they would (a rarity these days) and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. The crew was professional, respectful, and incredibly neat - when they were done, you'd never know a roofing project had just taken place. Everything was cleaned up perfectly.

Anthony and his team did a great job repairing my home after a tree fell on my house. Initially, as it was raining, Anthony came out to my house almost immediately to pull out a large branch that went all the way through my roof and kitchen ceiling. He then patched it and made it water proof until the permanent fixes were made. For the final repair work, they fixed the roof (new shingles and wood), redid the drip edges and replaced the gutters. They also replaced parts of my cedar siding near the roof where the tree had ripped them down. Anthony also took his time with me to pick out the replacement shingles so they would match the existing shingles. He came up with a perfect match. His team worked very hard and were polite and concerned about doing a good job. Pricing for the job was very good. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing, gutter needs. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

My experience with Exterior Construction Inc has been nothing but 100% positive. I needed gutters installed and from the start the owner Anthony was kind and honest about what would work best for my situation. When it came to the installation his crew was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

Had a shingle blow off in a storm. Called Anthony as he had done work for my son and sister and both highly recommended him. Now I know why. He came out quickly and replaced the shingle and assessed the rest of the roof. Very friendly and knowledgeable. When my roof needs replacing I know who I’m calling.

They came out promptly, actually went up on my roof to look at the problem, and then gave me an estimate that was MUCH lower than the estimate I’d received from the big-name contractor the prior week. Rather than trying to sell me on the most expensive repair, they clearly laid out the options and explained likely outcomes to me. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they came out in less than a week and fixed the issue. In the end they even charged less than they had estimated! (And it was 1/4 the price of the big-name contractor). These folks are fast, great communicators, good at what they do, honest, and fair.

Tony and his team are phenomenal! I had a severely damaged roof that needed to be completely redone. When I called Exterior Construction, the phone was picked up by Tony who was able to come out quickly to assess the situation. He provided a detailed estimate and from start to finish took care of and followed up on everything we discussed. There was a delay in the start date because of our wild New England weather which he kept track of and kept me informed about any changes to the schedule. The work was done in record time. Exterior construction went out of their way to make sure all the details were covered. Things that I did not even think of! If anyone were to ask me about roof repair in the future, I would not hesitate to recommend Exterior construction. It was an unforgettable, positive, experience. These guys are not joke! They come in, got it done( even in the dead of winter) IN TWO DAYS, and do a fantastic job! Anthony was so helpful, and informative. We had an amazing experience with Exterior Construction! Anthony was awesome, start to finish super easy to work with. We have an older home in Northampton that had multiple layers of old roof shingles. They were able to get those all removed, and also added a gable extension and they went above and beyond making that look great. We got all new gutters as well, and we're so happy with how nice everything looks and how much that will help keep our foundation dry! All of the crew working on our roof were super nice as well! I have struggled to write this review because I was always afraid I would not be able to give Anthony and his crew the praise they deserve. Anthony and his crew are the absolute best! It is that simple. Anthony and every single person he brought on site was fantastic. Always kind, timely, professional, and respectful. They replaced our entire roof, put in new gutters, as well as repairing a location where we were having leaks, plus extra preventative measures so it would not happen again. Since then, we have had many hard and heavy rains and the roof has held up perfectly and the leaks have completely stopped! Throughout the whole process Anthony went above and beyond with his communication; even answering messages and questions late into the night and always putting our concerns at ease. Since he has done our roof, we have recommended him to anyone and everyone we know and will continue to do so!

On August 16, 2024, Anthony and his crew at Exterior Construction replaced the roof on my house and shed, my gutters and downspouts, and my two skylights. Incredible service from quote to finish. I can't recommend them enough. Anthony is great. He was able to get me on the schedule quickly and his team are workhorses. They had my roof ripped down and set up in a day. His crew is extremely professional and his foreman (and son) were so polite, professional, and performed awesome work. I had a leaking OLD roof and needed all new gutters, soffit, and trim. There were no unexpected fees, he was upfront on possible findings when they pulled the roof off. I have never worked with a contractor before on a project that ran so smoothly. When they ripped off my roof, I had multiple rotten plywood sheets (already expected). The price to replace them was what was expected. He even repaired a cut out in my roof from an old chimney and a den a critter was living in (I was sure to evict the critter before the roof was repaired!). I would look nowhere else. Anthony and his team were incredible to work with and I have already recommended the company to multiple friends. To add to the compliments, he was also the best price point of all my quotes! My gutters had fallen off my garage and one side of my house a couple years ago. Then the ones that were left were at least 45 years old and needed replacing.

I called Exterior Construction, Inc. out for an appraisal after calling all around and getting prices on the phone that were ridiculous. Not to mention they hadn't even LOOKED at my home! Exterior Construction, Inc came out, did the appraisal. Not only were they fair, they were able to get started a short time later.

After they arrived, I had decided on some additional work. The guys were professional, priced it out fairly and were able to get the other parts, and came back the next day to complete it.

Best decision I ever made! I had developed a pretty bad leak in my roof and called Anthony from Exterior Construction, Inc. from a recommendation from a friend, who he had done work for in the past. Anthony came over in a couple of hours to look at the roof. He obviously could not fix it that day, but with heavy rains due the next day, being the caring professional that he is, he came back the same day with a tarp and covered the roof so I would not have any problems with leaking until the roof was fixed. Wow! Called Exterior Construction Inc. on Friday morning hoping to get an estimate to fix my roof after the wind blew some shingles off. Within hours, I had a very reasonable estimate and an offer to repair immediately! A little while later, it was all done! Such peace of mind to have my roof fixed before the weekend rains!

I highly recommend Anthony and his crew for your roofing needs. Their quote included everything, including cost of plywood if any needed replacing, and was priced right for what we researched. They took care of permits and dumpster delivery and pickup, all I had to do was pick the color and be home for the day they were working.

I needed someone to repair my elderly mom’s roof since I no longer live in the area. Spoke with the owner and they did an amazing job. Took the time to explain to my mom what she needed and to also reexplain it to me to make sure I was comfortable. Didn’t pressure her into doing anything she wasn’t comfortable with! They did an amazing job and even came back to check on the repairs.

Anthony and his crew fixed a few different problems for us (switched out some siding, patched up a hole in the side of the house, repaired some water damage in the roof and replaced a large section of our roof).
