Exterior Associates sent out their representative, Zac, just 2 days after we signed a contract. He texted he was on the way, arrived promptly and chatted with us about what we were thinking for our remodel, offered some great suggestions, took measurements, and carefully explained the next steps in the process. Gave a treat to our dog and was on his way. Highly recommend!

They did the job that needed to be done. The only hiccup is that somehow, there is a small tear in the new screen, but I was told this would be rectified. I also called Home Depot to make sure it doesnt get missed. They were polite and professional.

Josue from Exterior Associates Inc. did a wonderful job installing our storm door. He showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He explained all the features of the door and showed me how to use them. He is highly recommended.

Jason and his crew showed up on time and were finished installing our doors in about 90 minutes. Cleaned up and removed everything too!
